POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Product Marketing manager will manage and oversee the formulation of all short‑term and long‑term strategic objectives and business plans to address the needs of our Hyperscale Data Center segment and associated product lines. This includes development of industry insights, multi‑generation product roadmaps, strategic pricing, leading stage‑gate product development process and marketing activities, and executing strategic partner development. Responsible for leading demand creation and product positioning activities across the sales organization to drive sales, profitability and market share.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop market intelligence including technology trends, customer insights, data center growth, competitive landscape to guide AE's product roadmap
Serve as the internal expert for top Hyperscale and AI datacenter customers
Lead assigned product lines, overseeing their commercial success from development through mass productionManage pricing strategies for product lines, emphasizing revenue growth and margin optimization
Formulate and execute strategic plans for assigned product lines, including the development of product roadmaps and robust business cases
Design and coordinate marketing programs and communication materials tailored to various sales channels
Cultivate constructive and collaborative relationships with diverse global cross‑functional teams, both internal and external
Build in‑depth knowledge and expertise in product technologies, emerging product designs, competitor strengths, market dynamics, and distribution channels
Engage with industry organizations such as the Open Compute Project (OCP) and Infrastructure Masons to influence standards and stay ahead of industry trends

QUALIFICATIONS
Electrical Engineering degree is highly preferred
Proven experience in power supply product development or related areas within relevant ecosystems
Demonstrated ability to foster productive working relationships within a diverse, global, cross‑functional team
Experience collaborating across engineering, sales, and marketing functions
Skilled in consultative selling, with a keen ability to identify and address customer and market needs
Track record of delivering complex technical presentations to varied audiences, with an executive‑level presence
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to engage effectively across all organizational levels, both internal and external
Demonstrates strong business acumen and an aptitude for balancing strategic and tactical goals, aligning short‑term initiatives with long‑term objectives

EXPERIENCE
8+ years of successful productmanagement experience, emphasizing strategic planning and product development, ideally in the power supply or related industry
In‑depth knowledge of and experience with hyperscale customers and ODMs
Track record of progressive career advancement
Experience in technical marketing, productmanagement, or applications engineering in the power electronics or data center infrastructure space

COMPENSATION
As required by multiple state pay transparency laws, Advanced Energy provides a reasonable range of compensation for each job posting. Actual compensation is influenced by an array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. The range of starting pay for this role is $180,000 to $215,000 per year.

About the Role:

Position Summary
The Products and Services Manager or Senior Products and Services Manager is responsible for managing all large commercial and industrial demand response programs in the Midwest jurisdictions, which operate in markets organized under regional transmission organizations (RTOs). This position focuses on the daily operation of the programs, enhancing customer satisfaction, strengthening key external and internal partnerships, and identifying opportunities to grow earnings. In collaboration with stakeholders, individuals in this role will identify new business opportunities, nurture long-term customer relationships, and execute strategic sales initiatives that align with Duke Energy's broader goals for program growth and customer satisfaction.
This position oversees the management of complex P&L driven products, programs and services offered across large regions of the regulated or non-regulated footprint. Normal responsibilities include the development of products for a portfolio approach to drive customer satisfaction and profitability. This position provides leadership and guidance to others without having formal management or supervision responsibilities. Sr. Products and Services Managers are innovative leaders that drive the program performance enhancements by coordinating efforts with stakeholders that lead to short and long term benefits.
Responsibilities
* Develop products, programs and service enhancements to improve market effectiveness and work with Product Development on new product initiatives. Provide support and expertise to development of new products and services for customers.
* Identify and facilitate needed improvements, develop and implement promotional strategies and expand offers to other jurisdictions when/where appropriate.
* Set objectives and execute or adjust strategies and plans for product development, and optimal product mix and promotion.
* Work with product stakeholders to develop and implement marketing campaigns for the Products when approved. Measure and report on performance.
* Work with product stakeholders to investigate and pilot new technologies, delivery channels and product extensions.
* Support other areas of the company with advanced demand response technical expertise (e.g. Strategic Planning, Asset Planning, Power Trading, RTO Compliance, Products & Services, Solutions Development, Rates).
* Develop and evaluate metrics that provide opportunities to improve lead generations and close rates by implementing initiatives to improve sales effectiveness.
* Analyze and understand market research results. Set strategies and plans accordingly that create sharp focus on customer needs and wants; and appropriately allocate budget and deployment of resources.
* Lead and facilitate the development of campaign plans, set objectives, measure and analyze performance, and demonstrate influence on customer satisfaction.
* Leads and facilitates group that manages profitable products & services in collaboration with key internal stakeholders and external stakeholders, to create alliances and execute successful customer initiatives.
* Mentor and act as an informal leader to other team members to assist their product performance and management capabilities.
* Standardize products, programs and services across all jurisdictions where business justification exists.
* Manage the balance of regulatory and non-utility product opportunities in each jurisdiction.
* Deliver on expected P&L, financial growth, customer satisfaction and regulatory objectives for products, programs & services.
* Develop, communicate and execute long-term / annual product plans, market and segment plans to deliver financial results in total and for each jurisdiction.

* Understand and interpret EM&V reports and adequately represent product related areas.
* Represents company as Duke Energy executive in addressing elevated customer forums, industry organizations, trade associations, customer complaint resolution, disputes, and other customer requests, often at the executive level within customer organizations.
* Continually reviews work processes within assigned products, programs and services and takes timely action for improvement.

Radiant is an El Segundo, CA-based startup building the world's first mass-produced, portable nuclear microreactors. The company's first reactor, Kaleidos, is a 1-megawatt failsafe microreactor that can be transported anywhere power is needed and run for up to five years without the need to refuel. Portable nuclear power with rapid deploy capability can replace similar-sized diesel generators, and provide critical asset support for hospitals, data centers, remote sites, and military bases. Radiant's unique, practical approach to nuclear development utilizes modern software engineering to rapidly achieve safe, factory-built microreactors that leverage existing, well-qualified materials. Founded in 2020, Radiant is on track to test its first reactor next year at the Idaho National Laboratory, with initial customer deliveries beginning in 2028.
About the Role
We're building a new team to own Radiant's internal data infrastructure, executive analytics, and AI capabilities. As the ProductManager (Director), you'll lead this team from the ground up-hiring engineers, managing vendors, and delivering the data platform and AI tools that enable Radiant to operate as a data-driven organization.
This is a leadership role. You'll be the single point of accountability for a 5-person team, reporting directly to the Chief of Staff. You'll own the roadmap, manage vendor relationships, coordinate with Finance, HR, Operations, and Engineering stakeholders, and ensure the team delivers measurable value.
What You'll Do
Lead the team: Hire, manage, and develop a team of 4 engineers (Technical Lead, DevOps, 2 Data Platform Engineers)
Own the roadmap: Prioritize work across data integrations, dashboards, and AI tools; balance stakeholder needs with technical constraints
Manage vendors: Own relationships with Fivetran, Databricks partners, AI platform vendors, and integration contractors; negotiate contracts and manage professional services
Drive delivery: Ensure the team ships-three-way matching for Finance, executive dashboards, enterprise AI tools-all by end of H1 2025
Coordinate cross-functionally: Work with Finance (VP Finance, FP&A), Supply Chain, HR, Recruiting, and Engineering to gather requirements and drive adoption
Navigate security requirements: Work with IT/Security to ensure all tools and integrations meet ITAR/EAR compliance requirements
What We're Looking For Required
8+ years of productmanagement or technical program management experience
People management experience-you've led small technical teams and know how to hire, develop, and retain engineers
Experience managing vendor relationships and professional services engagements
Strong project management skills-you can coordinate across multiple stakeholders and keep complex projects on track
Comfort with ambiguity-this is a new team; you'll be building processes and systems from scratch
Preferred
Technical background or fluency-you're comfortable with data concepts, APIs, SQL, and system integrations (you don't need to write code, but you need to understand it)
Experience with internal tools, enterprise software, or business systems (ERP, MES, HRIS, etc.)
Experience in hardware, aerospace, defense, or other regulated industries
Familiarity with data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake) or BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
