The team
My time at Hubble Connected Company had its highs and lows, with the standout positive being the cohesion and support within my team. However, navigating the challenges posed by management proved to be a significant obstacle. Despite the camaraderie among colleagues, issues with management, particularly concerning payroll and communication, marred the overall experience. Regrettably, my final salary and sales commissions were withheld, and despite assurances, the promised payments failed to materialize each month. Additionally, the expectation to undertake unauthorized tasks, such as the translation project during my holiday, without proper compensation, underscored broader organizational shortcomings. Reflecting on my tenure, I would advise prospective independent contractors to exercise caution when engaging with Hubble Connected Company directly. Instead, leveraging freelancing platforms can provide added security and ensure fair treatment. While my team fostered a positive work environment, the management challenges detracted from the company's potential.
