BluSky Restoration wants to know if YOU are interested in being a Construction Project Director for our Central Ohio office in Columbus. Our Project Directors are crucial to our organizational success because they have the ability to estimate and close the sale. This role is vital to our success, as Project Directors are responsible for estimating projects, closing sales, and driving revenue.
This is a highly compensated position with UNCAPPED commission potential.
Base Salary Range is $70,000 - $100,000
Commission OTE is $70,000 - $200,000

The construction Project Director is responsible for estimating, closing the sale of, and managing restoration projects. The Project Director works closely with owners and managers of commercial, multifamily, senior living, healthcare, hospitality, and residential properties damaged by man-made or natural disasters to develop cost estimates for restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services. The Project Director is the quarter back of the project, ensuring that budgets and projects are on track through completion.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales:
Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales goals
Negotiate and execute contracts on behalf of the company
Selling all services that BluSky offers
Convert opportunities into sales
Track and Measure sales and sales opportunities in our CRM and Tracking Sheets
Revenue:
Oversee and expedite revenue production in accordance with monthly goals
Work with all members of the project team to ensure timeliness of deposit, progress, and final billings
Provide oversight and direction to the Project Manager in production of revenue
Review and collaborate with Project Team on Project schedules
Profit Margins:
Develop and take ownership of the project budget in compliance with vertical target margins
Ensure the accuracy of the budget and modify it during the course of the project, if conditions warrant
Seek to improve project profitability by judicious use of vendors, in-house labor, and material suppliers
Supervise and monitor project costs to ensure margin integrity
AR & Collections:
Intentional conversations at the beginning of each project outlining the AR process and setting expectations with the customer for collections
Review and understand specific program's for invoicing, payment terms, conditions, and process
Perform weekly collection calls on all accounts
Weekly reviews for A/R Aging to proactively manage the accounts, monitor lien rights, and follow through on assignments
Maintain DSO (Days Sale Outstanding) at or below 75 days
Manage Near Term Opportunities:
Work directly with clients & claims handling teams to close leads
Maintain robust communication with clients to steer direction toward closing
Document communication and curate all files in the BluSky CRM systems
Business Development Activity:
Schedule and attend two business development meetings a week with clients, adjusters, building consultants, etc.
Participate in various special events to market BluSky - luncheons, trade shows, award dinners, etc.
Entertain clients as necessary to drive business and close sales
Partner with business development and Vice President in pursuit of all sales
Estimating Proficiency:
Accurate sketching of affected areas and use of Matterport technology.
Time and Material (T&M) / Xactimate knowledge (need to be able to explain the T&M bill file & justify Xactimate line items)
Ability to estimate a project to fit all target margins per the service provided
Customer Satisfaction:
Consistent weekly communication with all stakeholders (external and internal)
Setting expectations upfront with the customer
Holding teams accountable to provide updates
Check in with the customer throughout the project
Email communication should have all stakeholders on the thread
Working and coordinating with internal teams: Mitigation
Coordinate to get the work authorization signed so we can respond timely
Walking the job with the technician team to define the scope of work
Share client feedback/changes in scope
Review daily T&M sheets with the Mitigation operations team
Work directly with the Mitigation operations team
Site visit at completion to confirm all work is completed per client expectations
Reconstruction
Project Kick Offs confirming scope of work and target budget / margin
Constant communication with the Project Manager (PM) throughout the course of the project
Work with the PM to get timely change orders submitted for approval
Work with the PM to send weekly updates
Business Development
Communicate with the Business Development Manager (BD) about the new opportunity to get it into Salesforce timely
Keep the BD on all email communication with the mutual client
Update the BD on all changes to the project timely
Help the BD update the NTO list that you are both working
Project Accountants
Oversee completed work authorizations so the PA can get the job into Vista
Work with the PA to send out invoices
Work with the PA to upload change orders
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of Recent marketing/business development and sales experience in the restoration or construction industry with a proven track record of sales growth
Extensive Construction estimating and/or large loss and catastrophe experience
Must be able to attend Business Development networking functions 2-3 evenings a week
Intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills
Experience utilizing Xactimate and other estimating software preferred
Experience with social media platforms such as LinkedIn preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills required
Strong knowledge of project management, financial processes, and administration required
Strong business ethics, integrity, and the ability to perform in highly autonomous environments required
OSHA 10 or 30, CPR and First Aid certifications preferred
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience related to the role is preferred
TRAVEL:
Minimal out of state travel is required. Some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected for training, meetings, or jobs.

Summary:
Performs non-invasive diagnostic procedures in the Vascular Lab to detect, localize and quantify atherosclerosis, vasospasm, venous obstruction and other peripheral vascular diseases in the upper and lower extremities, neck, abdomen and thorax other than the heart; analyzes test data; generates preliminary interpretation report; discusses test needs and interpretation with physician; responsible for all aspects of training non-registered technologists and vascular ultrasound students in non-invasive testing techniques and interpretation; organizes and present in-services relating to vascular ultrasound and non-invasive testing to nursing, medical staff, and other hospital associates; provides for outstanding service to customers both external and internal, acts as an ambassador and advocate for the Vascular Lab to external and internal contacts.

Performs non-invasive peripheral vascular diagnostic examinations as ordered by the referring physician, independently evaluates normal vs. abnormal test results in correlation with patient history, previous examinations, lab results, etc. , and gives preliminary ultrasound results to attending physicians, surgeons, residents, etc. regarding any vascular ultrasound procedures as determined by site accreditation including 1. Sonographic Extracranial Carotid Duplex examination. 2. Ankle/Brachial Indices. 3. Segmental Doppler Pressures of the upper or lower extremities either with or without provocative maneuvers. 4. Sonographic Arterial Duplex examinations of the upper or lower extremities either with or without provocative maneuvers. 5. Sonographic Venous Duplex examinations of the upper or lower extremities either with or without provocative maneuvers. 6. Sonographic Doppler Venous Waveform Analysis of the upper or lower extremities for the evaluation of venous insufficiency or reflux. 7. Sonographic Duplex examinations of Hemodialysis Access Sites including AV Fistulas and AV Grafts. 8. Sonographic Venous Duplex examinations of the upper or lower extremities with concurrent venous marking and vessel evaluation for pre-surgical planning. 9. Sonographic Duplex examinations of the renal vasculature including arterial and venous structures and flow dynamics. 10. Sonographic Duplex examinations of the Mesenteric Arteries. 1 1. Discusses anatomy and vascular physiology associated with the test in general and specifically as it relates to each patient's pathology. 2. Familiarizes the technologist or student with current scientific articles and reference books pertaining to the procedure s . 3. Discusses and demonstrates equipment operation. 4. Discusses and demonstrates testing protocols and criteria. 5. Instructs the technologist or student on interpreting the procedure and the proper method for preliminary reporting. 6. Trains technologist or student in proper documentation procedures. 7. Assists technologists or students during various stages of their training. 8. Develops and presents formal in-services for the technical, nursing and medical staff on non-invasive peripheral vascular procedures including, but not limited to, technique, indications, benefits and limitations, and contraindications.

Assists in the compiling and analysis of data for utilization in the Quality Improvement program.

Summary:

The Intensive Community Care Manager (ICCM) is a Registered Nurse (RN) who works with our highest complexity patients, their primary care physicians, and other members of the care team that provides hyperfocus case management and field nursing interventions to prevent unnecessary hospital arrivals, keep patients engaged in our intensive primary care model and maximize their healthy time at home.
The Intensive Community Managers (ICCMs) will serve as a clinical lead for the Complex Care Team. They will assess, evaluate, and coordinate the team's efforts to stabilize our highest risk patients, with special areas of focus including safe transitions of care from facilities back to our primary care teams, stabilization of our highest risk ambulatory patients and outreach to patients who are assigned to us but are not engaged in care. This person will perform assessments and design comprehensive plans of care, and drive the actions needed to keep the most complex patients safely at home. This professional will also provide clinical supervision to other team members in delivering the plan of care and in other tasks necessary to meet their needs and engage them in care. As a clinical leader for the team, this person will also be deeply involved in prioritizing team efforts and may also become the direct supervisor for some team members. The Intensive Community Manager works in partnership with the PCPs to draft personalized care plans that address patient's immediate needs that cause a risk for unnecessary hospital arrivals.
This position adheres to strict departmental goals/objectives, standards of performance, regulatory compliance, quality patient care compliance and policies and procedures.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides in-house, at facility, and telephonic visits to patients at high-risk for hospital admission and re-admission (as identified by CM Plan) with the main goal of preventing unnecessary hospital arrivals for patients that have consented to the program and after successfully completed full course of program.
Provides home visits to perform field nursing interventions, assess patient, and the development of care plan to identify the goals, barriers, and interventions that will be addressing during the follow up patient visits. Once a patient has completed their episode of care management the register nurse (RN) will review patient chart for discharge and conduct final discharge with patient. Discharge from program may require formal approval from Complex Care Leadership Team
Conducts supervisory visits with License Practical Nurse (LPN) and patient to provide any additional education patient may need and to oversee appropriate patient discharge from case management.
Performs clinical, fall prevention, and social determination of Heath screening (SdoH) assessments to include disease-oriented assessment and monitoring, medication monitoring, health education and self-care instructions in the outpatient in home setting.
Performs home field nursing interventions that have been agreed by PCP, Center Leadership, and Complex Care Leadership that would prevent hospital arrival. Such intervention may include taking vital signs, weighing patient, appropriate one time visits ordered by PCP and reviewed by the Manager for approval, and others as determined in Standard Operation Procedures (SOP)
Coordinate the Plan of Care:
Conducts/coordinates initial case management assessment of patients to determine outpatient needs and obtains patients consent to program.
Ensures individual plan of care reflects patient needs and services available in the community or review of their benefits.
Completes individual plan of care intervention with patients, family/care giver and care team members with a focus of incremental actions that will prevent unnecessary hospitalizations.
Assesses the environment of care, e.g., safety and security. Conduct fall risk assessment as needed.
Assesses the caregiver's capacity and willingness to provide care.
Assesses and educations patient and caregiver educational needs.
Coordinates, reports, documents and follows-up on multidisciplinary team meetings serving as host or lead for those conversations as needed.
Helps patients navigate health care systems, connecting them with community resources; orchestrates multiple facets of health care delivery and assists with administrative and logistical tasks.
Coordinates the delivery of services to effectively address patient needs.

Plans, organizes, and implements Physical Therapy services for PACE participants. UniFirst First Aid + Safety is seeking a reliable and hardworking Sales Manager to join our community. As a First Aid Sales Manager, you will build, develop, and lead a team of professional Territory Managers. Our standard is a 5-day work week, enjoy two days off a week. We have an immediate opening and provide on-the-job training.
Pay & Benefits:

What you'll be doing:
Prospect and promote Green Guard First Aid products in a designated sales territory.
Utilize both internal referrals and external lead-generation strategies to identify potential customers.
Supervise and oversee the activities of Territory Managers within the assigned region.
Ensure that the team is focused and motivated to achieve their monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with Uniform sales teams to explore and capitalize on team selling opportunities.
Leverage the combined strengths of both product lines to enhance overall sales prospects.
Conduct CPR/First Aid and AED classes.
Share knowledge and expertise with clients, providing valuable training and support.
Strive to meet and exceed monthly and yearly revenue contribution goals.
Maintain consistent performance to contribute significantly to the company's financial success.
Qualifications
What we're looking for:
A high school diploma is required.
A college degree is preferred, however equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Valid non-commercial driver's license and a safe driving record are required.
Individuals who drive their personal vehicles for business purposes will be required to comply with minimum auto insurance requirements per UniFirst's standards.
Experience in business-to-business selling or account management experience required.
Solid business understanding and ability to learn quickly.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
