As a member of this team, you will work directly with the office manager through scheduling patients, answering inbound/outbound calls and supporting insurance verification. Day to Day Operations:
Managing patient schedules, verifying insurance, operating on multiphone lines, assist patients with questions or concerns, collecting copays, and generally assisting the clinical staff.
Partnering with Office Manager to maintain the flow of patients.
Other duties as needed.
Requirements:
Customer Service, preferably in healthcare.
Administrative experience preferred.
