Purpose
The Warehouse Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of our on site distribution center, assisting the General Manager with merchandise management using a retail management system (SAP). They supervise the activities of Warehouse Team of Associates and Drivers.
Warehouse Manager Key Accountabilities:
Oversee and the daily activities of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing merchandise to stores.
Implement cost saving strategies for company.
Utilize data analytics to optimize warehouse operations and improve efficiency
Supervise daily activities of warehouse associates and drivers.
Create Schedule to ensure all shifts are covered.
Process deliveries to terminals accurately and efficiently, adhering to delivery schedules.
Work closely with procurement, sales, and other departments to align warehouse activities with overall business goals.
Manage the warehouse budget, including expenses for supplies, equipment, and labor.
Use computer systems to manage accurate inventory for warehouse operations.
Maintain accurate documentation for all warehouse transactions and activities.
Conduct regular inventory audits and implement inventory control procedures.
Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff.
Ensure the warehouse facility is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Implement product rotation based on product code dates in the warehouse and stores.
Follow all security and safety procedures established by the Company and Branch.
Ensure accurate and timely ticketing according to branch standards.
Process information from related ordering and receiving forms according to company standards and accurately enter it into SAP
Maintain effective communication, coordination, and working relationships between associates and management.
Drive company vehicles.
Specific Required Qualifications:
SAP experience required.
Experience in Supply Chain/Logistics.
2-5 years of managerial experience in a retail or warehouse environment.
Ability to bend, twist, and stand for extended periods.
Ability to drive a truck safely.
Capable of lifting and/or moving up to 50 lbs.
Valid driver's license with a Safe Driving record that meets company requirements.

This position is responsible for all areas of the Knott's Berry Farm property, including lock systems in the Park, Marketplace, Hotel, and Soak City. Tracks and issues Schlage and Medeco keys to Park personnel following proper distribution policies. Performs lock repairs as required. Maintains an accurate account of all lock hardware and replacement inventory. Keeps fire extinguishers up to date throughout the Property, and sends out those that need servicing. Read blueprints and drawings of the project and structures for the execution of assigned job. Order paint supplies and materials. Complete job as per directions/specifications. Clean up job site after work and return equipment and tools.

Position is designed to provide 2000 hours of supervised clinical postdoctoral training. Completion of this program will satisfy one of the requirements to sit for the psychology licensing exam. Residencies are based in departments of Psychiatry, Chemical Dependency, Chronic Pain, Behavioral Medicine or other sub-specialties. Position provides 2 hours per week in each of the following: individual supervision; group supervision; and didactic training Supervision is provided by licensed psychologists. Opportunities may include providing short-term individual therapy, family therapy, crisis intervention, chemical dependency evaluation, adult and adolescent group therapy, psycho-educational groups, and psychological assessment.
