What You Have
1+ years experience in a Personal Shopping role within a fast-paced premium retail or experience-based environment.
An outgoing and engaging personality capable of building genuine rapport with our guests
Excellent business acumen and ability to spot business trends and opportunities to improve performance.
Experience of retail POS and CRM systems a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as a high-level attention to detail.
Strong IT skills
Flexible availability in line with a Flagship Retail environment across days, evenings and weekends.
Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds, bending and twisting and standing for long periods of time.
