Joe Arcuri is Newell Rubbermaid Group's Chief Commercial Officer and leads the $5.9 billion global commercial operations of the company. Joe leverages his 30 years of consumer products industry experience to accelerate Newell Rubbermaid’s Growth Game Plan across a strong portfolio of leading brands. Joe joined Newell Rubbermaid in December 2014 as Global President of the Home Solutions Business Segment. Prior to Newell Rubbermaid, Joe spent 28 years at Procter & Gamble and led several global business units across the health and beauty care industries. He created new brands, led external strategic partnerships, and delivered step change product and commercial innovation across an international customer environment. Joe graduated from Georgia Tech where he received a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering and earned a Master of Business Administration from Duke University.

Michael S. Moore is executive vice president and president of Walmart Central, leading the central geographic business unit of Walmart U.S. He is responsible for operations, real estate, supply chain and merchandising in the Mississippi River Delta, Central Plains, Texas and Midwest divisions. Mike began his Walmart career in 1988 as an assistant manager in Carthage, Mo. Since that time, he has held many successful leadership roles as co-manager, store manager and district manager in Oklahoma and Nebraska. In 2010, Mike assumed the role of senior vice president of merchandising and was responsible for the stationery, crafts, fabric, sporting goods, automotive, hardware and paint categories. Mike earned a bachelor of science degree from Missouri Southern State University. He currently serves as chairman of the Enactus (formerly known as SIFE) U.S. National Advisory Board.

Retired -- former CEO & President of Bell Nursery USA, a wholesale plant grower and distributor headquartered in Elkridge, MD, with offices and greenhouses across six states as well as the District of Columbia. Bell Nursery grows and ships tens of millions of plants annually, which are sold exclusively through The Home Depot. Appointed by Governor Larry Hogan, Gary serves on the Maryland Stadium Authority Executive Board, as well as the Maryland Critical Areas Commission for the Chesapeake & Atlantic Coastal Bays.Gary & his wife Sonia are directly involved in many community activities, and have taken a particular interest in children and young adults in West Baltimore neighborhoods that have become part of a cycle of poverty.
