Coordinate daily maintenance services when performing routine assignments in resident living areas
Use large floor cleaning devices to buff or mop
Inspects and identifies equipment or machines in need of repair
Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs
Plans repair work using building's blueprints or equipment manual as needed
Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Examples may include repairing drywall, painting, and repairing doors and other building fixtures
Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance
Need to know basic plumbing, sheetrock, painting, carpenter worker (contractor) for the building
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent required
2 years maintenance experience
Knowledge of general carpentry and repair
Ability to use hand tools and power tools

The Registered Dietitian team member assists with nursing the health and well-being of our residents by being responsible for the nutrition assessments of our residents and monitoring their progress, keeping organized and cohesive documentation and conducting routine audits related to nutrition and food services.

Staff members may work on their own after completing their (40 hrs) of orientation and the RCA Competency is completed upon completion of orientation. They can continue working on the Relias modules and post tests while working and must complete them within 21 days from their start date.

The social worker will work with residents in the nursing home by identifying their psychosocial, mental and emotional needs along with providing, developing, and/or aiding in the access of services to meet those needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review facility policies and procedures as part of the facility's interdisciplinary team to assure compliance with state and federal regulations
Participate in reviewing and setting policies concerning resident care and quality of life
Participate in developing facility social work policies
Understand and meet all government requirements for social service documentation
Document progress in meeting the psychosocial needs of residents
Work with the interdisciplinary team and administration to promote and protect resident rights and the psychological well-being of each resident.
Prevent and address resident abuse as mandated by law and professional licensure
Identify community changes and opportunities such as legislation, regulations and programs that affect nursing home residents
Participate in the development of a written, interdisciplinary plan of care for each resident that identifies the psychosocial needs/issues of the resident, the goals to be accomplished for those needs/issues, and the appropriate social worker interventions
Ensure or provide therapeutic interventions to assist residents in coping with their transition and adjustment to a long-term care facility, including their social, emotional, and psychological needs
Ensure or provide support and education to residents/family members/significant others to assist in their understanding of placement and facility issues in addition to referring them to the appropriate social service agencies when the facility does not provide the needed services.
Provide groups for residents/family members/significant others as appropriate to their needs
Provide clinical interventions to address catastrophic events that occur during the resident's stay in the facility
Coordinate the resident discharge planning process and make referrals for appropriate home care services prior to the resident's return to the community
Educate residents and families/significant others regarding their rights and responsibilities, effective problem solving and the extent of community, health and social services that are available to them, including those necessary for effective discharge planning.
Review grievance log with Administrator on a monthly basis so he may sign-off on resolved grievances while investigating any open grievances
QUALIFICATIONS:
LSW, LCSW, or LICSW in the state employed
Prior work with elders in a community or long-term care setting is preferred
Must have a working understanding of social systems along with the ability to implement pertinent state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities
Pharmacy Technician Responsibilities:
Fills prescriptions, utilizing the computer-generated labels as well as completing the packing label and any auxiliary labels for the product to ensure the prescription is dispensed.
Removes labels from printers for new and refilled prescription orders, obtains appropriate drugs from shelves for new and refill prescription orders.
Places the product in the appropriate facility dock space or cycle area for pharmacists to check before delivery.
Receives and restocks inventory upon receipt of orders from the wholesaler or manufacturer
Ability to use TCGRX machines to fill cycle and new admit orders.
Understands and interprets the Dashboard to have knowledge of what needs to go out on a delivery.
Bags and totes facility orders to be delivered and brought to drivers as required.
Refills all emergency boxes, antibiotic, and hydration totes in a timely manner.
Empties work area of garbage and HIPPA information daily.
Checks for outdates and places in return area for credit and destruction.
Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of all policies and procedures and ability to reference them.
Maintains any required certifications, in-services, and training; remains up to date with best practices and any changes in operation of equipment.
Qualifications
Pharmacy Technician Qualifications:
Minimum of 18 years of age required; HS diploma or equivalent preferred
State Pharmacy Technician Certification is preferred
National Pharmacy Technician Certification is a plus
