The WIC Qualified Nutritionist is responsible for providing WIC Registration Nutrition Assessment and counseling staff of the WIC program at the assigned site(s), providing nutrition education for individuals and groups and performing job duties in compliance with systems and job specific standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities for a WIC Qualified Nutritionist:
Utilizes a participant centered approach including opened questions, affirmations, eye contact, reflective listening and probing questions to complete assessment
Completes all mandated and non-mandated questions, assigning appropriate risks. Risks are reviewed with participant in a sensitive manner
Reviews previously gathered information to follow up and determine if revisions are needed
Provides positive input into the development of program policies and procedures. Actively demonstrates and promotes positive language and participant centered services throughout the workplace
Documentation in NYWIC is clear and concise regarding special formulas and exceptional cases
Promotes breastfeeding as the normal method of infant feeding and provides guidance to participants having breastfeeding problems
Additional tasks are completed by deadline or in a timely manner upon assignment
Utilizes tools and materials provided, such as common drive materials, scripts and dialogues
Responsible for off sites and reports.
Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition required, Master's in Nutrition preferred
Required Specialized Skills & Knowledge: CPR/BLS required, Registered Dietitian preferred

Position Summary
Accomplished Psychotherapists (LCSW, LMSW, LMHC) evaluate and treat a diverse caseload spanning all DSM diagnoses at busy outpatient clinic. A strong commitment to community behavioral health and prior outpatient experience required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities of a Clinical Social Worker:
Provides mental health services to patients with behavioral health conditions.
Development and formulation of treatment plans for patients in care work with psychiatrists on monthly basis
Handle active caseload of at least twenty-five patients
Support transition and coordination for chronically and persistently mentally ill to appropriate, alternate care.
Document all patient encounters appropriately and maintain comprehensive case notes.
Review quality reports for site on all indicators monthly.
Complete monthly program reports.
Participate in regional network meeting.
Serve as site liaison with HRHCare/Genesis program staff.
Work cooperatively with entire HIV, medical and Behavioral Health team.
Participate in and facilitate case conferences as well as other agency, school and/or community-based meetings or trainings.
Demonstrates knowledge and skill necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients.
Provides creative prevention services to individuals at risk of HIV infection and other chronic medical conditions or negative health or social factors.
Provide pre and posttest counseling; individual, group, family, marital and crisis intervention services.

Solutions 4 Community Health (S4CH) provides management solutions for health care safety net providers to improve their care delivery and outcomes, sustainability and efficiency and is currently seeking a full-time remote CPC Billing Professional.
The Billing Professional will report to the Supervisor of Revenue Cycle and work closely with the Manager of Revenue Cycle, the Director of Revenue Cycle and the VP of Information and Practice Management.
The Billing Professional will be responsible for timely follow-up and review of Accounts Receivable. Responsibilities include:
Ensuring unpaid claims are reviewed and appropriate action is taken.
Denials are worked and appealed as appropriate.
Appropriate appeals are written, sent to the payer and followed up on in a timely manner.
Appropriate insurance adjustments are applied as needed.
The Billing Professional will work with the Finance Department to reconcile the payment and subsequent cash reports. Additionally, it will be their responsibility to communicate to their Supervisor any problems or issues as they occur. They will maintain a current knowledge of payer guidelines, fee schedules, contracts, quality incentives, and system knowledge including ECW, Cognos and Claim Remedi. Other responsibilities include collaborating with other billing staff and communicating with our network of community health centers. As well as professional demeanor, adherence to all Sun River Health policies and procedures is required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of one to two years of experience in billing or revenue cycle management in either a physician practice or other similar setting.
- Associates Degree or equivalent experience is preferred. High School Diploma/GED required.
- Certification in Coding (CPC) is required through AAPC
- Experience with New York State Medicaid (EMEDNY, Epaces) and third party (commercial carriers) insurance follow up preferred
- Knowledge of New York State Department of Health programs or federally qualified health center operations considered advantageous.
- Experience working in a diverse employment setting and working collaboratively with other employees is advantageous.
