Job Requirements
Responsibilities:
Support the clinical operations of the clinic
Perform community outreach
Build referral relationships with businesses and other healthcare providers
Perform consults with patients by reviewing health and medical histories; questioning, observing, and examining patients.

Essential Functions:
* Pull and organize data from a variety of sources, identifying and analyzing interpreting trends and patterns in complex data sets providing ongoing reports to a variety of departments and schools. This work must be accurate and timely, while reflective of the changing needs of State Reporting, include historical data, and provide staff with ad hoc reports.
* Import, clean, validate, analyze and model current and historical data, presenting the data in charts, graphs, and tables, etc. for grants, State Reports, etc. Export data for assessment rosters, and ad-hoc reports, disaggregating data for a variety of reporting purposes. This includes anticipating staff and departmental needs for data, as well as the changing reporting needs of the State. Provide Tier ½ technical support to District employees as a primary contact for Infinite Campus, along with Master Scheduling, Gradebook, Special Education, Student Services, Academic and Career Planning, and secondary and tertiary products.
* Develop technical and end-user documentation that is clear, concise, and professionally presented.

Maintenance/Custodial/Maintenance General Additional Information: Show/Hide Reports To: Superintendent General Responsibility: Operate, maintain, and upgrade district facilities and grounds as well as to assist and support the District in providing a safe and educational environment.
Status: Full Time, 12-month position; work days and hours will be determined by the Superintendent.
Payment Rate: Hourly per Board approved pay schedule.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality in matters of student and staff personnel information, and in the general business of the office operations.
* Preferred at least three years successful experience in fields of maintenance related to commercial facilities.
* Must be able to perform all duties as listed below.
* Complete Criminal Justice Fingerprinting and Background Clearance.
Duties Shall Include But Are Not Limited To:
* Manages and coordinates a wide variety of programs and/or activities for the purpose of maintaining, repairing and improving facilities to provide the best possible environment for teaching and learning.
* Establishes and implements a schedule for the periodic and timely examination and preventative maintenance of buildings and equipment.
* Maintain buildings, grounds and related equipment such as HVAC systems, plumbing systems, including sprinklers, electrical motors and equipment.
* Demonstrates a working knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, plumbing systems, sprinkler systems, concrete, wood floor care, custodial activities, excavation and landscaping.
* Demonstrates a working knowledge and assure compliance with all state and federal laws and codes pertaining to school facilities/grounds, including but not limited to: OSHA, DEQ, WDE, AHERA, and MSDS.
* Recommends priorities on projects, conferring with the facilities coordinator.
* Develops and implements a system for repairs of facilities and property.
* Assists custodial personnel.
* Conforms to state and federal law, insurance regulations, and Fremont County School District #6 policies and procedures in the operation of the maintenance program.
* Cooperates with FCSD #6 employees responsible for planning student activities.
* Develops recommendations for future equipment and personnel needs based on district needs and data.
* Advises the facilities coordinator on priorities related to facilities and grounds.
* Maintains adherence to District policies/procedures, department requirements, safety standards and good housekeeping practices.
* Assure proper use and care of equipment and safety gear per manufacturer's instructions.
* Willingness to work as a team member, in a flexible, cooperative and helpful manner with a focus on resolving problems and meeting needs.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

ABE/HiSET Instructor- Recompete Grant
Fort Washakie, WY
The ABE/HiSET Instructor is responsible for instructing and tutoring students who are preparing for their HiSET exams. Students are teens and/or adults with limited educational backgrounds and often negative educational experiences. Instructors need to be sensitive to a variety of learning barriers, and able to assist students in obtaining the tools needed to address their individual barriers. Instructional focus is on Math, Reading, Language, Social Studies, Science and Employability. Must be able to assist students with a variety of online testing and instructional curriculum. Responsible for administrative duties associated with record keeping as is required for effective student learning management and continued grant funding. Instructor is responsible for making sure the students and program comply with grant/state guidelines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Provide live classroom and individual instruction instruction in Math, Language Arts: Reading and Writing, Science and Social Studies to teen and adult students at multiple grade levels.
* Assist students with on-line instructional programs and lessons.
* Provide instruction through several delivery methods, including in class lecture, tutoring, online, distance, remote instruction, and other delivery methods, as appropriate.
* Assess each student's knowledge of course material using approved assessment tools.
* Use pre- and post-assessment data to assist students in developing learning plans and to set realistic goals.
* Assist students in developing SMART goals for program and postsecondary education.
* Model and instruct students in employability skills.
* Track student attendance and other student data as required for student retention, persistence and educational level gains and goals completion.
* Assist in planning and participate in ABE/HEQ graduation and other students recognition events.
* Adjust curriculum and teaching methods to accommodate the learning needs of students.
* Assist in the instruction of ABE/HEQ student orientation course.
* Attend staff meetings, trainings-professional development workshops and conferences related to adult education.
* Provide program information to potential students and interested parties.
* Operate within the framework established by CWC's policies, procedures, and practices.
* Adhere to federal and state guidelines of the Federal/WY AE Grant.
* Perform other reasonably related duties as directed or assigned.

Position Specifications and Minimum Qualifications
Education
* Associate's degree in a related field from a regionally accredited institution of higher learning recognized by the US Department of Education.
Experience
* Two years' experience working with adults in a remedial or pre-college setting.
Licenses/Certifications
* Valid driver's license

* Equivalent combinations of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Desired Qualifications
* Experience with Tutoring or Teaching Mathematics.
* BA degree or Graduate-level coursework
* Demonstrated experience providing online, distance, and/or remote instruction
