With over 20 years of experience in the digital industry, Fura has worked on some of the industry’s most innovative digital campaigns, products and connected services. In her current role as Chief Design Officer at Huge, Fura is responsible for the agency’s design leadership across 13 international offices. She joined Huge from Publicis Sapient where she spent two years as Chief Design Officer of the Experience practice across EMEA, Middle East and Asia.

Prior to her role at Publicis Sapient, Fura worked at R/GA for over 11 years, where she provided both strategic and creative vision for her clients and teams in New York and Stockholm. She was the creative lead on R/GA’s Nike account in NYC for a number of years where she drove the e-commerce & retail business, moving the account into new territories by exploring new emerging trends and innovations. She also led the creative team for Samsung US and was one of the creative leads on R/GA’s Walmart account. In 2014 Fura relocated to Stockholm to provide a new level of thought leadership and help set the strategic vision for the office. There she worked on clients such as Volvo, H&M, Absolut and ICA. Fura’s recent move to R/GA’s London office sees her take on a creative leadership role for the Middle East, with the responsibility to help expand the agency’s presence in what is a key region of growth.

Kali joined Delta in 2010 and previously served as the airline’s Assistant General Counsel and Director of Government Affairs. Prior to joining Delta, she was a litigation partner with Kilpatrick Stockton LLP.

In the community, Kali serves on the boards of the Atlanta Women’s Foundation and the International Women’s Forum-Georgia. She was named to the 2020 OnBoard Corporate Honor Roll and inducted into the YWCA’s Academy of Women Achievers. Kali has also been recognized as a Super Lawyer, Outstanding Atlantan and as one of the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s 40 under 40. She is a graduate of Leadership Georgia and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Florida A&M University and a JD from Vanderbilt University School of Law.

Patrick is the CFO of North America, where he partners across the network to build-out and oversee the finance/ops function in the US, Canada and Latin America along with managing a number of global clients.

Prior to his role at Huge Patrick led the FP&A group globally at IPG Mediabrands. He began his career in public accounting and then quickly moved into a strategic and analytical finance role at The Stanley Works. From there he moved onto The Home Depot wholesale division (HD Supply) and worked as the post-acquisition finance lead during a time of numerous acquisitions and the Finance Director of Sourcing where he managed all of the supplier relationships across this newly formed wholesale supply organization standing up the Sourcing and Procurement organization for The Home Depot wholesale division (HD Supply).

Patrick holds a BA in Accounting from the University of Connecticut and served in the Army National Guard as a Combat Medic.

Raj Singhal

Raj Singhal is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Huge (and was the Acting CEO from 2020-2021), and has direct management responsibilities for all areas of the company’s Global Operations, Finance and Strategy.

Raj’s oversight of Operations at Huge includes: Technology (internal and client facing), Finance (Accounting, Client Finance and FP&A), Talent, Strategic Growth, Corporate Communications, Real Estate, and Legal.

Raj led the acquisition of Huge by Interpublic (IPG) in 2008, where he played a key role in the agency’s development and worked in close partnership with its executive team. Joining Huge as Global CFO in 2013, Raj has overseen the company’s dramatic growth during his tenure, with Huge tripling in size and expanding the agency's global footprint to 13 offices in cities around the world. Leveraging his Engineering and Investment Banking (M&A) background, Raj helped Huge scale its technology practice to over 400 engineers.

Over the last 16 years, Raj held various finance leadership positions across IPG and its agencies. Prior to joining Huge, he served as SVP, Global Planning and Finance at IPG’s corporate group, where he worked closely with the Executive team and Board. During that time, he was responsible for IPG's worldwide financial planning. Raj also spent significant time on key operational and strategic issues, including client financial matters, restructurings, compensation planning and capital investments, and working closely with IPG’s agencies.

Before joining IPG, Raj served as an M&A Investment Banker at various firms and advised clients on strategic financial matters. Raj started his career as a Mechanical Engineer at Ford Motor Company in various engineering management roles, including being part of the Ford Mustang design team.

Currently, Raj serves on the AdCouncil Board of Directors, helping lead social impact initiatives in the advertising industry. Raj holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA in Corporate Strategy and Finance from the University of Michigan’s Ross Business School.
