ABOUT THE POSITION
Field Service Coordinators function as part of the Service Administration team and are responsible for facilitating field service activities.
In this role, you will:
Assign and Dispatch Field Service Technicians to various customer locations for equipment repair and maintenance.
Monitor Assigned Field Service Technicians daily activities, including tracking job statuses and recording response times.
Perform Service Data Entry, ensuring all details are input into the correct systems with accuracy.

ABOUT THE POSITION
Heavy Field Service Technicians function as part of the Service Team and are responsible for the repair of heavy-classed industrial, construction, and material handling equipment.
In this role, you will:
Troubleshoot and Repair a variety of heavy equipment at various customer locations to bring each unit back to operational and safety standards.
Effectively communicate with all involved parties including Salespeople, Coordinators, Managers, and Customers about possible downtime and job progress updates.
Operate in a safe, efficient manner with minimal supervision to decrease equipment downtime, while also maintaining safe working standards both on-site and during the operation of DOT-rated company vehicles.

Qualifications
What we're looking for:
High school and/or GED equivalent is required.
Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
Valid driver's license and safe driving record is required.
Minimum of 2 years as a Safety Instructor providing CPR/First Aid, Forklift, Scissor Lift, Boom Lift, Fire Safety and other common OSHA classes is highly preferred.
Current AHA certification to be an instructor in CPR/AED/First Aid and BLS. Credentialing as required by state law for course to be taught or administered is preferred.
Experienced in sales and upselling additional safety-related products and services is preferred.

Strong customer service skills.

The primary function of this job is the safe operation and maintenance of client Merchant Gas production facilities. The Production Technician II is responsible for maintaining plant production, operating efficiency, regulatory compliance, and safety.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Level II: Works unattended completing basic activities to operate the plant and supervise site activities when more senior techs or facility manager is not available.
Operational Duties:
● This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including performing outside/truck loading, basic board operations, compressor start-up and shutdown, performing Air Separation Units (ASU)/Nitrogen Liquefaction Unit (NLU) /Liquid Carbon Dioxide (LCO2) /High Pressure Nitrogen (HPN) warm plant start-ups (H2 cold) as well as performing routine Vacuum Swing Adsorption (VSA) start-up, if applicable.
● Perform minor maintenance activities, maintain local spare parts, issue basic Safe Work Permits, implement basic Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) and lead pre-job briefing.
● Apply process safety programs to operations including, Management of Change (MOC), etc., participating in root cause analysis for incidents, near misses, good catches, troubleshooting equipment for root cause of abnormal situations, calibrating analyzers, if applicable and participate in documenting incidents and retrieving Client and site-specific operating procedures, incident/injury reporting, etc in the document management software, Intelex.
● Ensure on-site contractors, vendors, guests, or visitors site specific training requirements are met and documented and supporting Hold Harmless & Insurance Policies and Procedures. In addition, it involves performing administrative function responsibilities as delegated by the Plant Manager.
● Exhibit the understanding of and perform job duties in compliance with all local and federal governmental regulations (Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Department of Transportation (DOT), Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP), etc) , and all company policies and procedures including Management of Change (MOC's), Pre-Startup Safety Review (PPSR's), and Qualified Integrators and Resellers (QIR's), etc.
Communication & Collaboration:
● This role places a strong emphasis on communication, with a focus on interacting with national and local product scheduling to meet customer requirements and ensure customer product delivery requirements, pertinent documentation and affiliated reporting requirements are completed on time and with zero defects.
Safety and Regulatory Compliance:
● This role includes a commitment to strict adherence to company policies, safety guidelines, and procedural standards, as well as instilling safety in others by being safety minded and modeling good safety practices and compliance to Qualification and Training program in company electronic training systems.
● Completion of the client Safety Pledge and being familiar with the requirements as well as completing introductory Health, Safety, Environmental and Social (HSES) training.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Unloads product from trailer, by hand or using a hand cart down ramps, stairs, or docks, in all weather conditions and places in designated customer storage areas according to customer specifications and company standards (e.g., handling product according to preferred work methods, scanning product as it is delivered into the store).
Ensures all paperwork is completed according to established company and governmental guidelines (e.g., DOT electronic or manual logs, inspections, company vehicle maintenance reports and pre- and post-trip reports are completed accurately and submitted on a timely basis, ensures all invoices are accurate and turned in daily and all damages and shortages are reported promptly).
Ensures all food safety protocols are met according to established guidelines (e.g., proper temperatures are maintained in the delivery vehicle, product is inspected for visible damages prior to delivery, product is delivered and stored to prevent cross contamination) and maintains sanitary conditions in tractor and trailer; assists with maintaining sanitary conditions in the warehouse and yard.
Develops and establishes good relationships with customers by providing excellent and courteous service with clear communication.

REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma/GED/equivalent degree, plus 1 year of tractor trailer driving experience preferred. Completion of a tractor trailer driving school will be accepted instead of, or in addition to a high school diploma.
Ability to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records.
