As a K2 Kitchen Helper 2, responsibilities include coordinate with the K1 to execute all work assignments in the kitchen/ dining room area department and ensure that organization, sanitation, and cost of operation are consistent with the overall food and beverage goals and objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
To clean and sanitize designated areas, complying with statutory and company hygiene requirements, including floors, chairs, counters, shelves, fixtures, fittings, fridges, and walls
Ensure that the dining room is clean, sanitized, and presentable at all times
Ensure proper floor maintenance procedures are followed according to CHH Lodging Standards. Care for floors, use specified products to wash floors and ask the Chef or Sous Chef for assistance.
Clean all spills on floors. Use wet floor signs around spills prior to mopping to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
Ensure that there are ample cups, glassware, bowls, silverware, trays, and juice containers; dairy products, fruit, juice, yogurt, sandwiches, pastries, ice cream, condiments, disposable cups/lids, and tea and coffee condiments are stocked at all times.
Set up a coffee station in the lobby with condiments and pastries for breakfast and dinner service. The station will be set up before every dinner service and torn down after every meal.
As assigned, to serve on the food line, maintaining cleanliness of the steam table before, during, and after meal service.
During meal services, maintain all service areas, including cleaning and replenishing the dining room.
Assist dishwashers with scraping dishes and cleaning speed racks.

Prior experience in electric utility vegetation management, construction, logging, landscaping, mechanical, or military industries preferred; previous climbing experience is preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Must be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of all knots, ropes, and rigging devices used in tree trimming and removal operations
Must be able to climb and descend trees using rope and safety saddle
Must be able to administer and implement emergency rescue techniques, including tree rescue and all applicable first aid techniques
Must be familiar with electrical hazards and appropriate operating procedure when in proximity to electrical conductors and aerial rescue techniques in the event of an emergency aloft
Must be able to work and maneuver at considerable heights under varying and adverse weather conditions
Must possess physical strength and agility, good balance, good depth perception and the ability to hear verbal instructions from a distance.
Must be able to quickly remove yourself from a potential danger area
Must be able to obtain and maintain first-aid certification and CPR
Must be able to wear necessary personal protective equipment (PPE)
Must be able to travel out of town for storm restoration work when needed
Position requires employee to be able to pass a background check and drug screen as required for this job.

The Surface Land Field Compliance Representative for LandBridge will oversee and maintain ranch infrastructure, including, but not limited to, ranch compliance, ranch surface, ROW, existing O&G infrastructure, and monthly caliche sales reporting.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
The following represents most of the position's duties but is not meant to be all-inclusive or prevent other duties from being assigned when necessary. Employees are expected to comply with all regulatory, environmental, and safety rules and standards, as well as corporate policies.
As a Surface Land Field Compliance Representative, you will be responsible for:
Managing existing and upcoming pipeline ROWs, new pad sites, and survey crews for any upcoming infrastructure.
Performing maintenance and upkeep on all fence lines, gates, and roads.
Planning, directing, and reporting road maintenance, as needed.
Reporting well leaks or any issues with O&G companies on the ranch, as well as the land team.
Identifying, ejecting, and or reporting trespassers to law enforcement.
Communicating daily with the land team on ROW issues and the status of current projects.
Tracking caliche for sales and invoicing.
Monitoring drivers for proper procedures and the use of personal protection equipment (PPE).
Reporting safety/environmental issues to management.
Understanding and adhering to all Safety and Environmental rules and regulations.
Performing any other tasks assigned by a supervisor as the need arises.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Must have a high school diploma or GED (college diploma is preferred).
A valid driver's license with an insurable driving record is required.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Earth.
Be able to communicate effectively, across all business aspects.
Live in Orla, TX, or within a 60-mile radius from Orla, TX, required.
