Must coordinate/provide training to parents. Advocate for, work with, and help strength low-income families by assisting in the setting and meeting academic and vocational goals. Monitor and assist with the health and other support services provided to families. Maintain regular attendance. Ability to read, speak and write with proficiency in English Language. In conformance with Head Start Performance Standards, assist families to build on their strengths and develop plans to address areas of concern, including job market assistance, and resource identification. This is a Safety Sensitive position.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for case management. Conduct regular case reviews of all HS child/families assigned. Complete home visits, data collection, record keeping, and other responsibilities in case management. Establish and maintain a current and accurate record keeping system, within program procedures, with adequate provisions for confidentiality. Ensure all child/family files are up to date and accurate. Complete and ensure accurate data entry for all enrolled families. Help families identify and access needed resources including; health, mental health, nutrition, social services, education and job training. Support family goal development. Coordinate and provide training for parents, and the community in all aspects of family support services, as determined the Family Assessments. Help families build on their strengths; develop a plan to address and support areas of concern. Assist families in taking responsibility for meeting their needs when needed. Help prepare families for the job market through resources, referrals and training. Implement goals, policies, procedures and activities designed to provide the full range of family support services in compliance with Head Start Performance Standards, including assisting families with obtaining health and dental services, and other child/family services identified as part of ongoing case management. Provide individual and group services to HS families. Design and implement a formal system of follow up with families on referrals to community agencies, to assure the satisfactory provision of services. May be required to substitute in the Head Start classroom as needed. Complete Family Assessments. Provide direct services or referrals to meet needs. No vulgar language is allowed. Cell phone use will be limited to emergency use only. Must be able to sit and eat with children at mealtimes sharing the same menu. A physician's statement must be obtained for special dietary needs. Pleasant child-oriented conversation should take place during mealtimes. No sodas, tea or other drinks other than water is allowed to be consumed while children are present. Maintain an environment that is tolerant and respectful of child and family cultures, values and differences. Assist Non-English-speaking families.     JOB SUMMARY:The Head Start Teacher Assistant Floater position will perform day to day duties of center staff as needed to assist in creating and managing a safe, attractive, warm, and challenging learning environment for children and families. As needed will transition between centers to meet ratio requirements and assist classroom staff by replacing absent staff, giving breaks, or enhancing one on one work with children. Maintain regular attendance. This is a safety sensitive position.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Understand and carryout all requirements of Head Start Program Performance Standards, OKDHS Licensing Requirements, CACFP Regulations, and any other necessary governing regulations.2. Assist center staff in preparation for class by setting up equipment, supplies and materials to be used each day.3. Greet parents and children pleasantly and appropriately, ensuring a smooth transition into the classroom. Assist in supervising children as they arrive and depart the Head Start Center. Maintain ongoing professional and appropriate communication with parents.4. Help the teacher set up and maintains an appropriate classroom environment, including organization of space and material storage.5. Help supervise field trips and recreational activities both in and out of the center and ensure correct child to staff ratio.6. Supervise activities assigned by the teacher, such as playground, dining room and bathroom activities.7. Work with children with disabilities and/or children whose developmental age/stage may be delayed, i.e. toilet-training, diaper changing, and additional therapy procedures.8. Occasionally the Teacher Assistant Floater will be asked to work in the kitchen as a substitute Cook. Teacher Assistant Floater's must keep a current Food Handler's Permit. Preparation of meals and snacks including cooking, cleaning and sanitizing must follow USDA rules and Performance Standards.9. Work with parent volunteers in the center.10. Work in a team setting with all other staff to determine the needs of the children.11. Assist the teacher in demonstrating to parent's effective ways to reinforce the children's needs in the home.12. Perform all duties in a safe manner. Work together with center staff in keeping the center clean and safe.13. The teacher is responsible for discipline in the classroom at all times. However, the Teacher Assistant Floater, using good common sense, may redirect a child who is misbehaving.14. Children will not be punished and/or rewarded in association with rest or food.15. Smoking or vaping will not be allowed on Head Start property. No vulgar language is allowed. Cell phone use will be limited to emergency use only.16. Must be able to sit and eat with children at mealtimes sharing the same menu. A physician's statement must be obtained for special dietary needs. Pleasant child-oriented conversation should take place during mealtimes. No sodas, tea or other drinks other than water is allowed to be consumed while children are present.17. Maintain an environment that is tolerant and respectful of child and family cultures, values and differences. Assist Non-English speaking families.18. Provide all information requested for program documentation in a timely manner.19. Assist other staff with projects as requested. As part of the E-Commerce Content Department, you will assist the team in coordinating the translation and uploading of descriptive texts for Balenciaga.com product pages. You will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with the regional E-commerce teams for proofreading and checking descriptions. How you will contribute * Assist the team in their daily missions - Coordination with translation agency and regions - Upload of excel files in the PIM * Check and follow-up online analysis, to improve texts, particularly in terms of global alignment of the website, daily online updates. * Assiduous proofreading of the different product descriptions * Collaborate in drawing up translation and automation guidelines for the translation agency, with the aim of creating a solid translation memory Who you are? * Enrolled in a master's degree, you are looking for 6 months internship * Student or graduate in fashion business, styling, literature, or English would be a good profile. * Excellent writing skills in English. * At ease with Excel. * Product and luxury goods knowledge and/or sensitivity. * At least one experience in the product, luxury or editorial world would be a plus * At ease with words and writing * Organized, Rigorous, Curious, Flexible and Pro-active Why work with us?
