Role Description: Huitt-Zollars has an Architectural Staff III opportunity in our Fort Worth, TX office. This position is an excellent opportunity for professional growth and career advancement within an award-winning design firm. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a fantastic team of architects. This role will assist the project architect and designer with Revit and presentation drawings. Must be proficient in Revit.

Duties:
Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative design concepts
Proposes more effective ways to accomplish tasks, leveraging creativity and problem-solving skills to enhance outcomes
Seeks mentorship and guidance, while actively contributing to the mentorship of junior staff
Produces detailed drawings, models, and presentations to effectively communicate design solutions
Conducts research and analysis and ensures compliance with relevant codes and regulations
Coordinates with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate successful project delivery
Participates in client meetings, presentations, and reviews to gather feedback and refine design proposals
Actively tracks path to licensure, seeking requisite opportunities for experience necessary for growth
Demonstrates enjoyment of working in teams, willingly contributing, and supporting colleagues to achieve project goals
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
Seeking and actively pursuing NCARB/AIA Licensure
5-8 years of professional experience, preferably educational projects
Proficiency in Revit, and AutoCAD
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently while recognizing the value of mentorship and guidance
Knowledge of sustainable design principles and LEED accreditation is a plus

Job Description
As a Moveworks Solution Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade conversational AI solutions using the Moveworks platform. This role blends technical expertise, solution design, stakeholder engagement, and platform governance. You'll work closely with business units, IT stakeholders, and delivery teams to translate business needs into scalable Moveworks-based solutions that automate support and enhance productivity across departments (e.g., IT, HR, Finance).
You will serve as the subject matter expert for Moveworks, responsible for aligning its capabilities with enterprise needs while ensuring performance, maintainability, and extensibility.
This position will offer flexibility for hybrid work schedules to include both in-office presence and telecommute/virtual work, to be based in Houston or Dallas, TX.
Key Responsibilities
* Solution Design: Architect end-to-end solutions using the Moveworks platform to address enterprise use cases across multiple domains.
* Implementation Oversight: Collaborate with developers and analysts to ensure successful configuration, training, and deployment of conversational workflows, intents, skills, and integrations.
* Integration Leadership: Design and oversee integrations between Moveworks and enterprise systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Workday, Jira, Okta, MS Teams).
* Platform Governance: Define and enforce standards, naming conventions, testing protocols, and deployment best practices for Moveworks use cases.
* User Experience Focus: Ensure conversational flows are intuitive, effective, and aligned with UX best practices.
* Performance Optimization: Monitor platform health and user engagement metrics, identify improvement areas, and tune the system for accuracy and responsiveness.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and demonstrate prototypes.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
* BA/BS in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field plus at least 8 years of experience in solution architecture, automation, or AI-based platforms, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
* Hands-on experience working with Moveworks in a technical and strategic capacity
* Proven experience integrating enterprise applications with conversational AI or digital assistants
* Strong understanding of enterprise ITSM, HRIS, identity management, and related systems
* Deep knowledge of modern data architectures (e.g., data lakes, data warehouses, ETL/ELT pipelines) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
* Familiarity with data governance frameworks, data quality tools, and metadata management systems.
* Understanding of AI/ML data requirements, including data preparation, feature engineering, and model deployment.
* Skills:
* Strategic thinking and enterprise solution design
* Strong stakeholder engagement and executive-facing presentation ability

Solution Design:

Qualifications
Technical Experience:

Proven expertise in designing and deploying enterprise-grade gen AI, RAG models, agentic AI, and ML pipelines.
Working knowledge/experience with interoperability protocols such as Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) for cross-platform agent communication.
Experience designing/implementing solutions with agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Azure AI Agent Services, n8n, Autogen, etc.).
Working knowledge of AI Gateway implementation for enforcing guardrails, monitoring, and centralized model access control.
At least 3 years of experience building AI solutions in AWS or equivalent

**What You'll Do:**
+ Performs elementary architectural assignments and works from designs of others.
+ Compiles data, performs basic computations and prepares working drawings on projects of limited scope. Assists in compiling data for architectural plans, specifications, cost estimates, reports, business development, etc.
+ Assists in conducting preliminary studies to obtain information as to space and design requirements, obtaining measurements and making sketches preliminary to the preparation of contract drawings.
+ Researches, gathers, and records information for use in writing specifications.
+ Performs basic analyses of design, planning and occupancy studies and limited design layouts.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.

AECOM is seeking a Principal Solution Architect to be based in Dallas or Houston, Texas.
As a Principal Solution Architect - Operational AI, you will define the cross-platform reference architecture used across automation, agentic workflows, and AI-augmented enterprise solutions. You will ensure solutions are secure, scalable, composable, and production-ready while working closely with Enterprise Architecture, the Lead AI Architect, and POD delivery teams. This role establishes and socializes reusable solution design patterns, governs technical decision-making, and ensures interoperability across platforms including Azure, AWS, UiPath, and Moveworks.
This position offers flexibility for hybrid work schedules to include both in-office presence and some flexibility for virtual/telecommute work to be based in Houston or Dallas, TX.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and maintain reference architectures for operational AI solutions across Azure, AWS, UiPath, and Moveworks.
* Ensure interoperability, observability, reliability, and security are incorporated into all solution designs.
