Lead and conduct research studies focused on the cognitive, emotional, and physiological impacts of built environments on students-especially related to attention, stress, memory, and social cognition.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Advertising or related degree

* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Sketchup graphic software
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferred
* Prior experience in professional services or design industries
* Deep knowledge of best-in-class marketing tech stack, and the latest technologies available to support all marketing efforts

Base Salary Range: $115k to $175k annually - Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, New York, San Diego, Seattle and Washington DC locations only.

Duties:
Function as a Lead Civil Engineer within Public Works practices
Prepare preliminary engineering reports
Research jurisdictional requirements for appropriate incorporation into design and construction drawings
Prepare of proposal/contract and of project work plans and schedule
Prepare design and construction drawings using AutoCAD and information obtained from research activities
Coordinate client management and marketing efforts for future work

The total annual compensation package will consist of a base salary and consideration to participate in our discretionary annual bonus incentive program.
