Role Description: Huitt-Zollars, Inc has a full-time opportunity for an Architecture Principal-in-Charge/Vice President. The candidate will have at least 15 years' experience and will be a registered Architect in the state of California (or have a clear path to registration via reciprocity). Duties include but not limited to, business development, mentoring staff, initial project research, management of plan production staff, plan processing and management of plan processing efforts, construction administration and project close-out efforts. Reviews progress with PM at least monthly (including & completes vs. % spent) and that PM is adhering to weekly rhythm. Successfully contributes to the overall profitability and financial performance on projects. Oversees staff deliverables and production assigned to their projects to ensure client, legal, and company requirements are met.
