Duties:
* Project Leadership: Direct and manage all phases of project development- from proposal and design through construction and closeout - ensuring technical excellence, quality, and client satisfaction.

* Prepares and follows comprehensive Project Framework Instructions and proper work planning for a project. Ensures proper staff is assigned and utilized on their projects.
* Reviews project reports and performance metrics to track project progress and budget. Leads successful projects (profit, on-schedule, quality, satisfied client).

* Technical Skills:
* Strong understanding of industrial facility design and building systems.
* Proficiency in projectmanagement software (e.g., MS Project, Deltek Ajera, or similar).
* Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and other A&E design tools is advantageous.

This practice leader will fold into our Buildings + Places team to drive the growth of professional services related to passenger stations, multi-modal transportation infrastructure, and Transit-Oriented Development (TOD). Job Description
AECOM is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and grow mid-sized Oil & Gas programs and accounts, with an emphasis on remediation, compliance, permitting, and environmental construction management. This role will focus on delivering client excellence, ensuring profitable growth, and building lasting relationships with O&G clients across upstream, midstream, and downstream operations. Preferred locations are Houston, Dallas, Midland, and Denver. Even though role is set up as remote, you will still have a requirement to go into the office at least 1 day a week.
The successful candidate will function as a seller/doer, combining program management and client development responsibilities.

Program Oversight
Lead mid-sized O&G programs ($1M-$10M in annual value), ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are consistently met.
Manage multidisciplinary teams delivering remediation and construction support.

Business Development & Client Growth
Partner with CAMs and practice leads to identify, pursue, and capture new work with O&G clients.
Expand existing contracts through task order growth and change order negotiation.
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
Leadership & Staff Development
Mentor junior and mid-level PMs to strengthen delivery capability.
Lead lessons learned, program reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Contribute to the growth of AECOM's O&G program management bench.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Geology, or related field (Master's preferred).
8 years of experience in environmental consulting or O&G program experience or a demonstrated equivalency of education and experience.
Successful candidates will have to pass a background and motor vehicle driving records check.
Due to the nature of the role US citizenship or Permanent residency is required.
Preferred Qualifications
12+ years of environmental consulting or O&G program experience, with at least 5 years in program management.
Demonstrated track record managing programs in the $2M-$15M range, preferably with upstream/midstream clients.
Strong knowledge of O&G regulatory frameworks (RRC, TCEQ, BLM, EPA, OSHA, PHMSA, etc.).
Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
PMP, P.E., or P.G. strongly preferred.

AECOM is seeking a ProjectManager - Aviation to be based in Dallas, Texas.
SUMMARY
Responsible for managing one or more aviation projects, including responsibility for scope, schedule and budget adherence in accordance with the written project documents and established policies and procedures. ProjectManagers will be responsible for projects from Business Case through Closeout.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Administer one or more projects, to include responsibility for budget, schedule and quality adherence and performance, in accordance with the contract documents and established procedures.
Oversee all design and construction support activities for each assigned project.
Oversee the design consultants to ensure design projects stay on schedule and on budget.
Oversee the design review process to verify comments are tracked, responded to and closed out expeditiously per the required timelines.
Report on projects weekly via the Project Status Reports.
Utilize the DFW approved software to manageprojects (Unifier, BIM, Primavera P6, Sharepoint, etc.).
Ensure the coordination of all project activities with airport tenants, airlines, DFW departments, governmental and other agencies.
Proactively resolve issues to keep projects on schedule and minimize client exposure.
Proactively work to avoid claims and resolve claims expeditiously to minimize client exposure.
Prepare and submit to seniormanagement and/or DFW-DCC monthly report(s) detailing the progress, accomplishments, issues and current status of the project.
Review and concur in the proposed settlement of change orders, claims, and revisions to the design and/or construction scope, schedule and budget.
Assist DFW-DCC as requested in the development of RFQ's and RFP's and provide support as requested during the procurement process.
Lead (or approve) the negotiation of design and construction phase services, consultant fees and change orders, provide documentation and recommend acceptance by DFW-DCC.
Work closely with the Construction Manager to ensure projects are successful and in line with DFW goals and objectives.
Qualifications
* BA/BS + 6 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
* Must possess a valid Class C driver's license and be able to obtain a certification to drive in DFW's AOA movement area.
Preferred Qualifications:

Civil PE license preferred but not required.
