Pol Tex, a Division of Poly America, is seeking a HR Department Assistant. Poly America produces several lines of plastic products including high quality trash bags and construction films. A successful candidate must be able to adjust to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities Department Assistants at Pol Tex are responsible for preparing reports, data entry using MS excel and AS400, screening calls in support of multiple department managers at the company, and possibly assisting with projects. The role may involve additional responsibilities and opportunities as they become necessary and/or are assigned by management. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess: Willing and able to spend time on the plant manufacturing floor when necessary. Bi Lingual Proficient in MS Office products.
