I am an aspiring sports broadcaster from Pembroke, Massachusetts. As a dedicated and hard-working leader, success is something I pride myself on. Thus, going above and beyond the bare minimum is something I strive for constantly.

From the moment I stepped on campus at Quinnipiac University, I understood how extra curricular activities were the key to success. Therefore, I quickly joined student media organizations and gained extensive knowledge from the start.

I now have two years experience in a student-run news room. Editing and shooting video, writing for print and for broadcast, play by play and color commentary, and control room operations are all skills I have gained from my hands on experience outside of the classroom.

Bob holds overall responsibility for the financial positions of all three major Hospital Business product groups (Eligibility Enrollment ServicesSM, PayerLogicSM Services, and Disproportionate Share Services), as well as the company’s two main Health Plan Business product groups, (PremiumAssistSM Dual Eligibility Outreach and Enrollment Services and Best BenefitsSM). For each of these groups, Bob leads growth strategies, operating policies, continuous improvement strategies, and future investment requirements. Prior to this promotion in 2011, he held responsibility for the company’s hospital business sales, operations and profits. His focus has always been on the development of client services, and he has been instrumental in bringing about significant profitability and quality enhancements over the years. Bob joined Human Arc in 1994 as Ohio Operations Leader. In this role he helped drive the restructuring of the business into client-centered business units, each with its own P&L responsibilities. He stresses leadership training, personal empowerment, and dissemination of best practices across business units, as well as the importance of building a corporate culture committed to integrity and total quality. Bob’s formative professional years were spent with ITT Financial Services where he served as a branch manager and subsequently a regional manager, with responsibility for a dozen offices in the Cincinnati and Columbus areas with 100 employees and a $75-million loan portfolio. In addition to his professional experience, Bob is a member of Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), the Board Chairmen of the Board of Directors of Junior Achievement of Cleveland, a graduate of the Leadership Cleveland Class of 2012, and a graduate of Notre Dame’s Executive Integral Leadership Program. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Ohio State University and a master’s degree in business administration from Xavier University.
