Position summary:

Education :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field required or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Experience /License:
- 3 to 5 years of direct experience managing a Human Resources function, preferably employee relations or organizational development.
- 3+ years of human resources or operations experience in a hospital or healthcare setting required.
