About the Role
My client, a large and well-known financial services organization, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support their Talent Acquisition team with scheduling and recruiting operations. This role is highly focused on interview coordination, candidate experience, and operational execution, and is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide recruiting support services in alignment with established recruiting processes, standards, and systems
Coordinate and manage high-volume interview scheduling, including ad hoc interviews and Power Day scheduling
Serve as the primary scheduling point of contact for candidates and internal stakeholders
Negotiate interview availability and finalize schedules with candidates and interview teams
Guide candidates through the interview process, both onsite and virtual
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring teams to ensure a smooth and professional interview experience
Build and maintain strong working relationships with recruiters, interviewers, and executive/administrative professionals
Handle confidential files and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion

Job Duties
The Talent Acquisition Team Lead provides leadership and operational oversight for the Department of Corrections' Talent Acquisition Team within the HumanResources and Staff Development Unit. The incumbent is responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the recruitment functions across the Department of Corrections. The incumbent will ensure all recruitment practices comply with applicable state and federal laws, regulations, policies, and DHRM standards. The Team Lead oversees daily workflows, assigns and monitors workloads, and supervises staff to ensure timely, compliant, and effective recruitment outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications
Progressive professional experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HumanResources. Demonstrated extensive knowledge of recruitment and retention operations.
Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations. Proven ability to supervise staff, manage workloads, and meet operational deadlines. Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to provide effective customer service and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to develop and implement recruitment plans and operational action plans. Ability to analyze recruitment data, track key metrics, and report outcomes. Additional Considerations
Experience and proficiency working with the Commonwealth's PageUp Recruitment Management system. Experience directly supervising a talent acquisition team in a large or complex organization, providing coaching, counseling and mentoring others. Prior supervisory or team lead experience in HR or talent acquisition, including coaching recruiters. Certification in HR such as CP, SCP, PHR, or SPHR.

As an HR Generalist, you'll play a hands-on role in building and supporting our teams while also helping evolve our People & Culture practices as we grow. You will report to and work closely with the HR Business Partner, supporting them across day-to-day people needs as well as strategic HR initiatives.
This is not a transactional HR role. You'll be:

The HumanResources Intern aids the HumanResources Director with the humanresource processes at all business locations. The HumanResources Intern will work closely alongside the HR team. The primary functions of this role include writing creative and catchy job ads to attract candidates, assisting in recruiting efforts (phone screening candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, employment verification, etc.), preboarding and onboarding new hires, assisting in training and orientation of new hires, as well as other HR administrative duties and projects. The HumanResources Intern will strive to support the HR department in developing a pipeline of strong, talented candidates for the various roles at all Master Center locations. Conducts research and identifies efficient and effective recruiting sources and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization. Proposes to supervisor and works with managers and leaders to implement.
Collaborates with HR department and hiring managers during the offer process. Prepares new employee files and completes other preboarding tasks in advance of start date.
Assists in onboarding new hires (i.e.: paperwork, filing, assisting during new employee orientation, etc.).
Assists in scheduling required training, as well as other training, learning and development events and opportunities for staff.
Collaborates with HR department to brainstorm ideas for fun activities for staff and assists in coordinating and facilitating social events.

We have nine different products in Costco, and usually five on the table. Shifts start at 10am and end at 5:30pm - you get credit for whatever sells that day. This is an additional 3 hours Costco is open where customers are still purchasing our products.
Sales Promoter Responsibilities:
Approach and interact with Costco members to promote various brands provided by suppliers.
Present yourself and the company competently and professionally while at Costco.
Provide excellent customer service to Costco members on behalf of Direct Demo.
Availability for regularly scheduled paid compliance calls with team and/or regional manager.
Must be able to lift-up to 20 pounds.
Must be able to lift and carry a 2' x 4' folding table from the parking lot to the store and then back to your car at the end of the shift. The table weighs approximately 20 pounds. You must also be able to carry products, demonstration supplies and sales materials to and from your car at the beginning and end of each shift.
Ability to stand for 7 hours.
Ability to work independently and without direct supervision as the only team member per location.

General Information:
We are currently seeking applications for an HR Coordinator who will provides HR Services Support for recruitment and onboarding, compensation and classification, benefits and payroll as well as HR Events/Staff Engagement. This position provides general office support serving as first point of contact for all VMFA staff and external parties who contact or visit the HR department.
Position duties include:
- Answers numerous inquiries promptly and professionally; directs inquiries to the appropriate HR staff member to be addressed.
- Effectively communicates both verbally and in writing. Expresses ideas and instructions clearly and concisely.
- Holds a Small Purchase Credit Card (SPCC) and is trained in and complies with the use of eVA and all Commonwealth of Virginia and VMFA purchasing and business travel policies. Prepares correspondence, memoranda, reports, spreadsheets, org charts, etc.
- Serves as the personnel and general files custodian for the department. Files documents in appropriate employee files. Ensures files are organized, consistent, and complete, and ensures filing cabinets and room(s) and digital filing system(s) are organized and neat. Ensures department is prepared for audit.
- Tracks deadlines for state-mandated and other applicable reports to help ensure compliance; tracks deadlines for annual HR activities such as performance evaluations, telework agreement renewals, etc.
- Provides support for COVLC training platform to staff.
- Provides administrative assistance to HR leadership as assigned, including but not limited to: calendar management and scheduling, meeting support, preparation of documents/reports/presentations, management of signature requests, tracking managerial deadlines and requests (e.g. SPCC approval, PTO approval, 1:1 meetings, etc), and other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
