Summary
The AdministrativeAssistant Warehouse supports the daily operations of the Warehouse Manager by providing administrative, clerical, and organizational support. Enter exchange orders and parts orders for customers and warehouse inventory as needed.
Schedule outside technicians to support customer service calls.
Request COI's as needed.
Apply for credit on damaged items as needed.
Print pick lists and delivery tickets to include pick lists for store transfers.
Submit vendor chargebacks for repairs, damage and service.
Support the daily functions for the warehouse to include answering calls, clearing voicemail boxes, scanning & downloading data.
Assist with physical inventory counts as needed.
Assist with keeping the warehouse common areas clean and organized.
