Onboarding Support: Assist in the preparation and processing of post-employment-offer paperwork, including I-9 verification via the E-Verify system. Compliance Screening: Assist with post-employment drug and background screenings, as well as managing post-accident and random screening programs. Document Control: Follow up to ensure all employee paperwork is complete, accurate, and properly filed. Perform regular document auditing. Benefits & HR Administration Inquiry Management: Provide clear information to employees and managers regarding established HR policies and processes, referring complex issues to HR Consultants as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: Previous experience in an HR administrative or support role is preferred. Customer Service: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to provide professional support to employees and managers. Auditing: Strong attention to detail and experience with document auditing. Knowledge Areas: Basic knowledge of payroll and benefits administration is considered a major plus.
