Manage employee leave requests, ensuring compliance with federal, state and FCS regulations and policies. Serves as the liaison between employees, principals/supervisors, HR, and the business office. Gathers, reviews, and processes required paperwork, including medical certifications, and maintains confidential employee files. Monitors and tracks leave usage, maintaining an accurate record for payroll and compliance purposes. Follow up on insurance premiums due from employees on unpaid medical leave. 10. Maintain availability, by phone or in person, for employee-related questions. 11.
