Conduct year-over-year comparisons of employee survey results for the Advanced Purity Solutions Division. • Rewards & Recognition Campaign: Assist in designing and launching initiatives to celebrate employee contributions. • Succession Planning Support: Learn the succession and talent effectiveness planning process; create materials to support HR leadership and management teams. • Learning & Development Support: Help design training materials and resources for employee development programs.
