Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Receives and distributes office mail
Primary back-up for front desk reception coverage
Schedule appointments, arrange meetings, and HR events

Set-up for new employees (desk set-up, supplies, etc.)
Organize and take minutes during departmental meetings
