This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $117,600 - $153,400. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. HR Technology: Support the implementation and maintenance of HR systems by troubleshooting issues, analyzing data, and ensuring accurate reporting to optimize workflows. HR Program Management: Collaborate on the planning and execution of HR initiatives, such as leadership development programs, employee engagement events, and diversity and inclusion projects. Conduct market research and benchmarking to provide insights for improving talent acquisition strategies and HR program effectiveness. Prepare presentations, dashboards, and reports to track key metrics related to recruitment, technology adoption, and program outcomes for leadership review.
