This position is located in Plaquemine, LA. Compensation: The current salary range for this role is estimated to be $120,000-$162,000. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation. What You'll Need: Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field Experience: 5-12 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on labor and employee relations in both unionized and non-unionized settings. 5+ years of labor relations experience preferred, including contract negotiations and grievance resolution. Solid understanding of the National Labor Relations Act and related employment laws. Proven ability to influence, engage, and drive change across diverse teams and organizational levels. Experience supporting multi-site operations and navigating complex organizational structures. Familiarity with shared service models; Workday experience is a plus. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility. Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with strong attention to detail and follow-through. Maintains employee personnel files following company policies and government regulations. Retains records in line with company record retention requirements. Assists with processing Payroll. Performs confidential administrative support, including scheduling meetings, generating spreadsheets, etc. May be responsible for coordinating celebrations and team-building events. Any other job duties as assigned. Marketing Responsibilities: Assist the community relations specialist with the planning and execution of marketing events, including business expos, financial literacy events, and branch events. Attend chamber and community events to represent the credit union. Manage ordering of promotional items and other related items. Fill branch supply orders and inventory stock. Assist with photo and video shoots for social media posts. Manage and collect survey results from all feedback channels and update reporting. Support the execution of all partnerships, deliverables, including Louisiana State University and Southern University, by helping to manage marketing materials, event logistics, and event presence.
