    LHH is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist for a Direct Hire, Permanent Placement position with a warehousing client located in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this role, you will join an organization with decades of experience in their field and a strong reputation within the local community. You will serve as the primary HR contact for all employees at the distribution center and be responsible for employee engagement, HR compliance, onboarding, leadership development and training, time and attendance, employee discipline, payroll, and more.
