POSITION SUMMARY

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Guide and support retail management team on full-cycle recruitment for non-management roles.
Advise, implement and interpret HR employment policies and procedures.
Provide personal counseling to employees to resolve employee relation issues.
Partner with HR Manager to establish effective coaching, counseling and disciplinary strategies on all employee relation issues.
Lead ad hoc HR projects depending on business and HR needs.
Act as a resource for and ensure an open line of communication is maintained with business partners for fair and consistent interpretation and application of company policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with Federal and State Legislation, and if applicable consult legal advice.
Oversee annual review process for all store staff in line with Company standard.
Travel as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
Bachelor's Degree
3+ years HumanResources experience, preferably in Retail.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $90,000 - $100,000. QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
Minimum 5 years of HumanResource experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and email programs
Proficient in using various systems, tools, and technologies for effective data management
Proficient in HRIS and other HR platforms

The Labor Relations Representative recruits, trains and develops members. The LRR leads, organizes, and mobilizes members for political action, and is their strongest advocate. The LRR assists with representational matters.

Essential Functions: This position may be focused in one program area and/or administrative specialty or may include more general duties crossing several programs or administrative specialties. The incumbent but may coordinate projects within or with other units, and will manage multiple work priorities and be accountable their own work results. ResourceAnalysts will assist in the management and evaluation of the overall fiscal resource operations for large units, such as colleges. Duties include but are not limited to: tracking, monitoring and verifying College budgets; monitoring and verifying personnel workload including supervision courses banked units, preparing financial reports; providing recommendations to maximize resources and/or take corrective action; interpreting and implementing policies and procedures regarding fiscal analysis and techniques; developing, implementing and maintaining analytical databases to track and reconcile data. They will analyze financial discrepancies and take action to ensure that financial data is reconciled with campus records. The incumbent will oversee the unit's contracts & grants operations, personnel hiring, purchasing, travel, and grant reimbursement; assist Principal Investigators with budget forms preparation including calculating unit and fringe rates, and track and maintain records on cost sharing and in-kind commitments; post-award transactions; and work with campus partners such as University Auxiliary Services to ensure accurate and timely grant support. The ResourceAnalyst serves as the primary point of contact for faculty, staff and students seeking assistance with questions pertaining to employee contracts and faculty salaries. The incumbent will prepare recruitment packages, employee transaction forms, process time and pay records for personnel, and oversee all processes related to contract letters and separation forms. The analyst will work with the Office of Institutional Research to troubleshoot issues associated with the Academic Planning Database (APDB) to ensure proper reporting of faculty and space utilization for the College and University. Required Qualifications & Experience: Graduate from an accredited four-year college or university and/or Equivalent training and administrative work experience involving study, analysis, and/or evaluation leading to the development or improvement of administrative policies, procedures, practices, or programs. Four years of progressively responsible experience providing day-to-day administration of a program, and/or performing a variety of administrative and technical (analytical work related to operations and procedures) duties such as: fiscal analysis and management; program and policy research development, implementation and evaluation.
