EDUCATION AND FORMAL TRAINING:
* High school diploma, or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
* Minimum of 2 years of human resources experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
* Paylocity experience preferred but not required.
* Bilingual in Spanish required.
