Qualifications: Requires 6 to 8 years of current and progressively responsible experience, preferably in a training and organizational development or human resources, preferably in a service and multi-unit industry. Requires 6 to 8 years of communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Communication, Education or related field. Related training certifications, active professional memberships, and in-depth experience with the design and delivery of learning programs for technical and soft skills is required. Organizational development expertise, well rounded knowledge of learning applications and various training tools. Proven ability to build strong business partnerships and consultative abilities.
