The analyst collaborates with internal teams, vendors, and carriers to maintain accurate systems, resolve employee inquiries, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** : + Administer health and welfare benefit plans (medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance) and ensure accurate enrollment and eligibility. + Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations (ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA) and support audits. + Partner with vendors and carriers to resolve issues, monitor service levels, and ensure accurate data exchange. + Analyze claims, utilization, and cost trends; prepare reports and dashboards for leadership review. + Assist in benchmarking benefits against industry standards and support recommendations for program enhancements. + Develop employee communications and resources to promote understanding and engagement with benefits programs. + Respond to escalated employee inquiries and provide guidance on complex benefit issues. + Collaborate with HRIS and IT teams to maintain and optimize benefits systems and self-service tools. + Support wellness initiatives and contribute to global benefits projects as needed. + Identify process improvements to streamline administration and enhance employee experience. **Required Qualifications:** + Minimum 4-6 years of experience in benefits administration or analysis. + Strong knowledge of U.S. benefits regulations and compliance requirements. + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis; ability to translate data into actionable insights. + Experience working with HR systems (Workday or similar) and benefits administration platforms. + Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple priorities. + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required; professional certification (CEBS or similar) preferred. + Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. + Previous experience of M&A activity / benefits harmonization. + Strong communication and presentation skills. + Workday (or comparable HR System) experience. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Facility/experience with a breadth of software/benefit administration systems. + Benefits or Rewards Remuneration professional certification or bachelor's degree in business, tax, Human Resources or a related field. + Experience/background with compensation and global mobility a plus. **Education:** Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, Communication or Liberal Arts. **Travel Requirements:** **Information Security:** Information security is everyone's responsibility.
