What You'll Do Drive operational efficiency by supporting outsourcing, process optimization, and automation initiatives across multiple business units. Experience working with vendors, ideally offshore teams, and managing Service Levels. Exposure to project management and working with multiple stakeholders.     Description: Purpose of Role Located within a dynamic, fast-growing manufacturing facility, the HR Generalist plays a key role in supporting a 24-hour operational environment.
