Key Responsibilities: Serve as a trusted HR contact for employees and managers across multiple sites, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and employee relations issues. Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state employment laws and company policies. Support performance management processes including coaching leaders, facilitating reviews, and maintaining documentation. Lead or assist with full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing and technical roles, including machinists, tool & die, machine operators, and quality inspectors. Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies and streamline selection processes. Enter and maintain data in the Company's HRIS and ATS systems Identify opportunities to streamline, digitize, and automate HR processes. Support onboarding, new hire orientation, and employee engagement initiatives. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive employee information and issues. Contribute to broader HR projects and initiatives across the Mid-Atlantic region. Periodic travel as needed for site support, 5-10%. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred. 3-5 years of HR generalist experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong working knowledge of VA employment law and HR compliance. Hands-on experience with HRIS and ATS systems (UKG, Workday, or similar), including report generation and process improvement. Proven ability to recruit for technical manufacturing roles. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Representatives will be trained to encourage sales while actively demonstrating the features, benefits, and value of our NEW Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, and various Turmeric products!! Available Demo Hours: 10am-5:30pm ~ All days available. Weekends are the BEST commission days! This sales job is ideal for people looking to supplement their income with great pay! Compensation: Starting at $ 22 - $25/hr + COMMISSION based on surpassing sale quotas W-2 Employment We provide a promotional kit and bi-weekly paycheck via direct deposit! Our average brand ambassadors make $200-$300 per day. Our top brand ambassadors are making $500+ per day! Bonus Payout: We have nine different products in Costco, and usually five on the table. Ability to work independently and without direct supervision as the only team member per location. Requirements: Outgoing personality, ability to approach and talk to customers.
