Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 2-4+ years of HR administrative experience, ideally in a high-volume environment. Strong hands-on experience with ADP (Workforce Now or similar modules required). Experience supporting payroll and timekeeping functions. Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR compliance requirements. High attention to detail with strong data accuracy and documentation skills.
