Working as part of the HR Team, this position provides administrative, organizational and technical support to employees and management to ensure proper administration of personnel related policies and programs. Enter accurately and administer sensitive employee data in multiple HR systems
Create and send offer letters
Organize and manage employee files for compliance including employee I-9 compliance
Verify appropriate employee acknowledgments are completed
Set up New Hire training
Ensure confidentiality of all personnel and personal data
First point of contact to provide phone support to all field employees on HR matters and systems support including password resets, HRIS system access requests and technical troubleshooting
Assist in the planning and execution of special events, meetings and/or company activities
Serve as contact for facility maintenance and access
Provide backup support to other members of the HR team in the areas of workers compensation, unemployment, social media, employee communications and more
