Organize and support wellness and workplace engagement activities.
Act as a liaison to the HR and Safety manager and participate in discipline/workplace investigation meetings.
Provide site-wide administrative support, including greeting visitors and maintaining office supplies.
Process invoices and assist with scheduling service calls as necessary.
Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office products; Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

The HR Coordinator provides assistance with and facilitates HR support tasks and activities within the branch. The position assists with recruiting associates, administering hiring and on-boarding, preparing and maintaining employment records, and airport badging, if applicable. This position also maintains other human resources documentation, distributes human resources communications as appropriate, and performs all other responsibilities as directed by the business or as assigned by Management. THE ROLE:
Insomniac is looking for an enthusiastic Payroll & Onboarding Administrator to provide support to the Production HR team for all event-based onboarding and payroll processing. This position will report to the Production HR Generalists. This is a part-time, seasonal position that will work in the Las Vegas, NVoffice.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the end-to-end payroll processing for a workforce of 4,000 seasonal, non-exempt employees across multiple states.
Stay up-to-date with federal and state payroll laws and regulations to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with HR and festival managers to verify and process time and attendance data. Monitor and support all updates to staff rosters for each event.
Support the HR team with Workday to onboard high-volume new hires, including data entry, verification, and reconciliation.
Audit payroll submissions to ensure timely payment and onboarding of seasonal employees per show
Partner with festival managers to ensure their timely submission of payroll. Ensuring all that are on boarded are paid timely.
Partner with Production HR team to provide onboarding/payroll updates and follow up with department heads as needed
Ensure accurate labor allocations per shift audited.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing employee payroll inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Update project management tool to track status of all required tasks.
Support Production HR generalists onsite at shows as needed.
Other payroll and HR audit duties/special projects as required.
Some travel may be required (economy).
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent education
1+ years of experience in processing high-volume payroll
Knowledge of wage and hour laws, tax laws, and other relevant regulations
Proficient technical skills in Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of the I9 verification process
Flexible with ever-changing duties and schedules

Required Education, and Experience
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
A minimum of two years of experience in Human Resources, including professional administrative support, is preferred.
Demonstrated experience supporting recruitment lifecycle, onboarding, employee relations, employee engagement initiatives, policy administration, and training and development.
Working knowledge of recruitment processes, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) candidate sourcing, and job posting technology.

Contribute to educational programming and guidance of the Alumni Peer-to-Peer program.
Identify and coordinate care in crisis situations and collaborate action plans with Vice President of Alumni Relations and Director of Alumni Benefits and Resources.
Work with various internal departments to create holistic partnerships and programs that make an impact.
Ensure mission and goals of Alumni Relations programs are consistent and communicated within the Alumni network.
Assist with other duties directly or indirectly required to ensure that the engagement with and opportunities provided for Raiders Alumni reflect the organization's unwavering commitment to its Alumni and is best in class within the National Football League and all of professional sports.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Currently enrolled full-time as a Junior or Senior in an accredited College or University.
Enrollment in a Graduate program is preferred.
Preferred academic areas of focus include: Sport Social Work, Sport Psychology, Counseling, Public Health, and clinical Psychology.
Must have a minimum GPA of 3.0.
Experience in collegiate or professional sports is preferred.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work extended hours and flexible schedule including nights and weekends as needed.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must have the ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English.
Physical Aspects of Position (includes but are not limited to):
Sitting for long periods of time throughout shift
Occasional lifting and carrying up to 25lbs
Occasional walking, standing, bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling

Coordinates the delivery of established training courses (i.e., Lending, or VAP) to staff and credit union volunteers. May serve as the liaison or instructor of these courses.
Assists managers to screen, test, and schedule employees for participation in internal or external educational and training programs.
Keeps informed on new developments, methods, and techniques in the training field.
Participates as a member of various task forces, performs other duties and completes projects as necessary.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: A degree in Education or related field, plus a minimum of three years exposure to training in a business/commercial environment. Certification in training for business preferably obtained in a financial institution such as a bank, credit union, or savings and loan.
