Duties/Responsibilities:
Assist with payroll and benefits administration
Assist with recruitment, maintain ATS system
Conduct initial phone screens, schedule interviews between Candidates and hiring managers
Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding, including orientation
Coordinate onboarding IT needs with IT support
Maintain employee records in HRIS system
Conduct various company audits
Assist Finance with maintenance of employee data in the invoice system
Coordinate and assist with training and development programs
Serve as first point of contact for general HR inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, and policies
Assist with coordination of employee engagement, recognition, and wellness program, including monthly company newsletter
Assist Health and Safety with reporting and general administrative tasks
Support and maintain office supply ordering
Occasionally assist leadership team with various administrative tasks

Bonus Payout:
We have nine different products in Costco, and usually five on the table. Shifts start at 10am and end at 5:30pm - you get credit for whatever sells that day. This is an additional 3 hours Costco is open where customers are still purchasing our products.
Sales Promoter Responsibilities:
Approach and interact with Costco members to promote various brands provided by suppliers.
Present yourself and the company competently and professionally while at Costco.
Provide excellent customer service to Costco members on behalf of Direct Demo.
Availability for regularly scheduled paid compliance calls with team and/or regional manager.
Must be able to lift-up to 20 pounds.
Must be able to lift and carry a 2' x 4' folding table from the parking lot to the store and then back to your car at the end of the shift. The table weighs approximately 20 pounds. You must also be able to carry products, demonstration supplies and sales materials to and from your car at the beginning and end of each shift.
Ability to stand for 7 hours.
Ability to work independently and without direct supervision as the only team member per location.
Requirements:
Outgoing personality, ability to approach and talk to customers.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Experience with direct sales.
Email and basic computer / mobile device skills.
