    The HR Development & Policy Specialist will serve as a key contributor within the Human Resources team at Hyundai America Technical Center, Inc. Approximately 50% of this role will focus on Learning & Development and organizational culture, including the creation, coordination, and continuous improvement of internal and external development programs.
