This role serves as the first point of contact for candidates and ensures smooth, consistent, and compliant recruiting processes.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Serve as the primary contact for candidates, providing timely and professional communication.
+ Conduct structured screening interviews and clearly explain job duties, expectations, and company culture.
+ Prepare concise screening summaries for hiring managers.
+ Coordinate and schedule interviews; manage interview‑related documentation.
+ Maintain accurate recruiting workflows and records in ATS, SharePoint, and Jira.
+ Organize, track, and file candidate documents ensuring audit‑ready compliance.
+ Create and monitor Jira tasks for recruiting and HR activities.
+ Provide accurate job‑related information, including role expectations, physical demands, and work conditions.
+ Support HR with administrative tasks, time tracking compliance, and service request intake.
+ Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
+ Perform additional HR administrative duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
+ 1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative work.
+ Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
+ Clear written and verbal communication skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ATS, Jira, and SharePoint preferred.
+ Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
+ Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred, but relevant experience accepted.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
**Physical Requirements**
+ Primarily sedentary role; occasional lifting up to 20 lbs; frequent computer use.

Job Description
The HumanResources Generalist develops professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues. Determines a course of action based on guidelines and modifies processes and methods as required.
Delivered high-quality HR support across the employee lifecycle, partnering with supervisors and individual contributors to enhance the employee experience and support business objectives
Applied HR policies and procedures to resolve employee relations matters, exercising sound judgment within established guidelines and escalating when appropriate
Managed issues of moderate scope by analyzing multiple factors, contributing to investigations, and recommending effective resolutions
Executed change readiness and change management initiatives to support evolving business needs and future workforce challenges
Partnered with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition on recruiting, onboarding, and talent pipeline development to meet staffing and growth goals
Supported development and advancement of team members through coaching, policy guidance, and collaboration with leaders
Implemented and supported existing and new HR programs, processes, and solutions to improve operational efficiency
Reprioritized and executed ad-hoc HR initiatives to address immediate business and employee needs
Qualifications
