The WORK Conduct independent fact-finding investigations for complex, highly controversial and precedent setting workplace misconduct / conduct and harassment cases. Review allegations, determine interviewees (names, roles at agency and POC) and identify needed documentation. Develop questions and conduct interviews with appropriate individuals. Gather necessary documents to support interview statements and draft sworn statements for signature. Analyze all statements and documentation to assess whether allegation(s) are substantiated. Utilize CFR, Part 752 to provide client management with a written report that summarizes the issues and an analysis of substantiated or non-substantiated allegations. Identify the causes of any underlying personnel management weaknesses discovered during the fact-finding investigation.
