Key Responsibilities:

Lead ER/LR projects
Deliver ER/LR change and communications work, including, but not limited to, stakeholder management.
Develop staff capability, knowledge, skills and understanding of the country or countries and Work Locations by organizing frequent functional/ operational training and knowledge sharing activities for members of the team.
Conduct environmental scans and participate in significant workplace events (such as the planning and execution of RIF's, M&A's, etc. at the cluster/country level
Understand the Key Performance Indicators and operational metrics that are critical to managing service delivery in order to achieve Service Level Agreements and meet customer service standards. Interpret and translate business metrics into insights.
Make recommendations on continuous improvement opportunities to enhance provision of services by reviewing and providing feedback on operational processes, policies, standard operating procedures and work instructions and introduce key improvement plans for execution.
Prepare written reports, communications and other documents supporting assigned work.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
Key Skills; Minimum of 6 years progressive HR experience with a concentration in Employee Relations, Labor Relations.
Investigate and prepare responses to EEOC and/or equivalent government agency charges in the US, Puerto Rico and Canada.
A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.

Job Overview
HumanResource Manager: Responsible for overall personnel procedure development and implementation. * Introduces and implements new personnel programs, policies and procedures and oversees existing ones to ensure an efficient, effective, and consistent implementation throughout the project. Acts as resource for employees regarding CBA, and/or personnel policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the complete recruiting process for installers, sales, customer service, and office staff
Candidate Sourcing: Identify qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals
Phone Interviewing: Screen resumes and conduct thorough phone interviews to assess skills and cultural fit
ATS Management: Maintain candidate data, track metrics, and generate reports using our Applicant Tracking System
HRIS Integration: Collaborate with HR team to ensure smooth transition of new hire data from ATS to our HRIS platform
Talent Pipeline Development: Create and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
Recruitment Strategy: Partner with leadership to develop effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals
Qualifications
1+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or similar role
Sales background preferred - comfortable making numerous calls daily and persuasively representing our company
Experience with ATS and HRIS platforms
Excellent communication skills with a confident, friendly phone presence
Highly organized with ability to manage multiple positions and candidates simultaneously
Self-motivated with a results-focused mindset and "whatever-it-takes" attitude
Team player who can authentically represent our company culture to potential employees
