    **_What HR Information Systems contributes to Cardinal Health_** Human Resources designs, implements and delivers human resource programs and policies, including recruitment, talent management, diversity and inclusion, compensation and benefits, among others. This function anticipates and plans for long-term human resource needs in alignment with business strategies. HR Information Systems creates, tests and implements HR service delivery strategies and support HR business processes using HR information systems. This job family selects and manages relationships with HRIS vendors, identifies HRIS needs and capabilities, and tests new features of the system as they are implemented.
