What You'll Do
· Benefits Administration: Manage and administer the company's benefits programs, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and team member satisfaction. Including enrollment, plan communication and acting as a team member resource for questions and information.
· Employee Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and team members, addressing needs and enhancing the team member experience.
· Policy Development: Support the development and communication of HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals.
· Strategic HR Initiatives: Collaborate with Human Resources leadership to implement programs that drive organizational growth and team member development.
· Data-Driven Decision-Making: Leverage Human Resources metrics to identify trends, solve problems, and recommend improvements.
· Payroll: Assists and is an active back-up for all aspects of the payroll process including time tracking and verification.
· Actively works with the company's HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
· Proactively seeks new ways to improve Crane from team member's perspectives.
· Participate in new team member onboarding, explaining benefits programs, which includes insurance and other payroll/human resources related matters.
· Administers medical, dental, vision, prescription drug, and flexible spending benefit programs as well as administers compliance with Family and Medical Leave Act(s) and COBRA.
· Maintains all records related to company benefit plans and compliance with applicable laws.
· May perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
