Nutrition Education & Programming Design and deliver nutrition-focused programs to support employees managing or preventing conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol. Create interactive workshops, seminars, and digital content on topics like healthy eating, meal planning, label reading, and portion control. Plan and lead budget-friendly healthy cooking demonstrations and classes aligned with wellness themes (e.g., heart health, stress management, mindful eating). Develop and share practical educational materials (for example: “Fuel for Energy,” “Eat Smart on a Budget,” “Healthy Lunches at Work”). Collaborate with local chefs, vendors, and community partners to expand nutrition and cooking offerings.
