As Shipboard Human Resources Manager, you will perform multiple responsibilities to support our HR service delivery model. You will be the primary contact for Crew employee relations, performance management, and Human Resources initiatives while collaborating with leaders, building positive relationships and being a trusted advisor. Conducts need assessments to identify key opportunities in training, communication, organizational efficiency, etc. + Conduct needs assessments to identify opportunities in training, communication, and organizational effectiveness, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and desired outcomes. + Facilitate team effectiveness sessions (e.g. New Leader Transitions, role clarification, conflict resolution, trust-building, team strategy, etc.) and HR training courses for returning and new hire Crew and Officers, + Support the implementation of organizational projects and initiatives by providing tools, processes, and guidance for effective execution.
