Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary HR leader for the plant, overseeing all day-to-day HR operations.

About the Role
The Payroll and Benefits Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of payroll and benefits administration for the organization. This role oversees the ADP Workforce Now platform, ensures accurate and timely payroll processing, and administers employee benefits programs. The coordinator supports employee onboarding and offboarding, provides training on payroll and benefits, and maintains strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and process semi-monthly payroll for all employees using the ADP Workforce Now platform.
Oversee employee onboarding and off boarding process including job posting management and offer letter coordination. Ensure accurate payroll and benefits setup and termination as well as coordination of onboarding and offboarding for information technology, facility and equipment needs.
Administer medical benefit enrollments and terminations, including COBRA administration.
Coordinate 401K plan administration, including enrollments, changes, and terminations and annual profit-sharing calculations.
Maintain employee data accurately in ADP Workforce Now platform and serve as the primary contact for employee payroll and benefits inquiries, providing training and support as needed.
Maintain accurate payroll and benefits records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and submit required payroll and benefits reports to management, external agencies and employees including annual W-2 reporting and compensation letters.
Stay current on payroll and benefits regulations and best practices.

Required Skills
Proven experience running payroll for organizations with 25+ employees.
