PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Collaborate in defining, planning and execution of HRIS enhancements including system configurations, in partnership with IT, to meet ongoing business needs
* Ensure data is accurately processed and maintained according to organization rules and applicable regulations and conduct audits of system data integrity
* Document system procedures and train on HRIS
* Administer various health and welfare benefits; conduct analysis, partner with vendors, support compliance activities, respond to employee inquiries and coordinate activities surrounding plan changes/election windows

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree with a concentration in HumanResources, Business Administration or a related field
* Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to present data in a logical and concise matter
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
* Demonstrated aptitude for HRIS/system work

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
The base salary range for this position is $62,500 - $75,000.

The specific base pay offered to a successful applicant will be based primarily on relevant professional experience. Other components that may be considered include: individual qualifications, licensures, industry specific experience, education and market demands for specialized skills. The pay range is subject to change at any time based on various internal and external factors. Exempt positions will also be eligible for an Annual Cash Bonus Plan.

This position is eligible for a discretionary bonus and equity award. The annual base pay range for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications, prior experience as well as geographic location.
$135,000 (entry-level qualifications) to $148,500 (highly experienced) annually

They must ensure that all duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. This position encompasses a diverse workload including administrative tasks related to HR, Payroll, Benefits, Unemployment, insurance and other corporate office duties.
They will report directly to the Director of Recruitment and Employee Experience, as well as cross-functional leaders of operations.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
The Payroll and Benefits Administrator will work in the organization's HR/Payroll Department, which encompasses multiple restaurants and employees. Accountabilities include completing a variety of administrative HR tasks such as maintaining employee records, managing unemployment claims, updating the HR database, and assisting in payroll preparation by providing relevant data such as bonuses. Other accountabilities include conducting employee exit interviews and reporting related details, as well as overseeing certification tracking for the leadership team.
